Sorry I haven't posted much this week at all. It's been hell week at work and I'm sick to boot...I refuse to take ANY medication...don't want to jeopardize one single ounce of a loss. :lol:

I'm proud to report a 4.4 loss this week! Image A total of 30.6 lbs gone gone GONE forever!!!

Congratulations to everyone today! No gains!

I think we should all carry around our Before pics as inspiration when that cake is in sight.

I'm down 2.2 lbs, which I'm thrilled about since I had gained 3 lbs over 2 days (eating cake). So I technically lost that plus the 2.2. More importantly, I added up my inches lost since I started on 4/1 and I had to recheck my math because I lost almost 14 inches. Now if I can get these thighs to shrink as fast the rest of my body, I will be thrilled!

Argh I'm getting disappointed in my weight loss. I'm only down 1.4 pounds for the whole week. Oh well, it's a loss and I'll take it.

Pashta I am right there with ya honey. I guess we are hitting a plateau and are just going to have to stick with it. I am writing it all down just in case next week is the same heaven forbid then I can post it and hopefully get some insight as to why I am having such little weight loss in the past couple of weeks. I did read that as long as you don't have under 2 pounds for 4 weeks straight it is okay. So this is week 2 for me with under hopefully next week will be better. Just think even 1 or 2 is more than you lose with most diets. I remember on WW losing like .4 a week and being dissapointed lolol. Let's keep our chins up and hopefully next week will show a nice loss for us.

Congrats to all of you losers! You are doing a great job. Then.......depression sets in..........I gained 1 pound this week. But as my hero Scarlett says..." afterall, tomorrow IS another day" ! I'll chugglugg the water and stick to plan to a T. Have a great losing week, friends....

Well, despite a rocky mid-week where I did battle with a "Panda" :lightsword:
and went down to defeat against some jerky jerk, :dooh:

I did manage to lose 3 pounds this week.

Well all in all not such a bad week for me. Friday was my 3 week anniversary. I may not have been 100% compliant over the 3 weeks but I have not overtly gone of plan. So far I have I am over 25lbs lighter and feeling a whole lot better!

This week I am happy to report I am down 4.5lb. I am looking forward being sub 300 this week for the first time in over 12 months.

Nicki nice job getting into the 100 club! Hopefully in 6 or 7 months I will be looking to get in there myself.

Hope everyone has a good week. I am looking forward to putting my first month behind me and getting closer to the 30lb club!

All week long I had been inching down until I was finally under 220 yesterday! Then I gained it back for some reason. So no loss this week. Meh, I know it's water fluctuation, and seeing that number on the scale yesterday makes me excited for when I see it again.

Congrats to everyone! Tomorrow I'm off to Austin for a week, so I'll be packing my MF and shaker along with my clothes tonight. It'll be interesting, since my room doesn't have either a frig or a microwave. And I still haven't decided if I'm going to attend all the swanky corporate parties with the free food and booze. Don't know if I'm that strong yet to resist all the temptation.

I'm thrilled to report a 3.2 loss this week for a total of 40.8 pounds gone forever!! 40# Club please Unca!

I was sooo close to the 40# Club last week I made it my goal this week and upped my water intake and stayed compliant. What a reward this morning when I stepped on the scale. I'm totally doing the Happy Dance today!!

I am happy to report I am down 3 more pounds bringing me to 227 and 1 pound from the 50 # club. YAY!

2 weeks of MF

Back in the swing of MF with two weeks under my much looser belt :lol:

Be they no, small, or large losses, great job to all of us for being here.

I'm down 4 pounds for a total of 15 lbs. in two weeks. I know it'll slow down again, but is sure is fun and inspiring to weigh less and fit into my clothes.

Keep up the great discipline and work everyone. See less of you next week.
