-0-, zip, zero, zilch, nada, none. Had a visitor this week. :roll:

Milestone of the week: Went car shopping and got in and out of dozens of cars without having to "uuuummmmmphhh" even one time!

Side note: We ended up buying a Saab 9-3. Just have to share this feature! The glove box is a cooler!!! No ice needed! Wahoooo for the cold RTD!

:? I had a 0 loss this week... I'm trying to make myself feel better about it because I have this 'expectation' that I should lose something

Things that I'm telling myself: 1) Your body is rebelling. You've shocked it into losing the fat that it's been used to having for 20 years. 2) it's not a gain 3) I haven't measured lately, but it's probably an inch(es) not pound loss etc. etc.

Congratulations to everyone who has had a 'loser' week! Keep on going! :D

Good Morning!

I am pleasantly surprised. It was TOM this week and I still managed to lose 3 lbs. I will take it and love it!

That puts me at 185 and just a couple pounds shy of being half way to my goal. :whoohoo:

Good morning to all my loser friends ! I lost a whopping one pound this week. OK, I didn't have the most compliant week and I'm happy with losing anything. It's time to rededicate my efforts and lose the remaining 30 lbs to get to my goal.

Hubby hid the scale yesterday and won't let me have it back til next Sunday. It's for my own good as I had a bad couple of days.

Cool car feature Jo! I've never heard of that one before. Keep on keepin' on and the scales will be moving again soon.

Jerry lost 3 lbs. this week for a total of 80 whopping lbs. so far!!!

I lost another 4 lbs. of lard this week for a total of 66 lbs. !!!

Hey all, well this is the first weigh in on... I expected NOTHING, weiged myself 3 times, because the scale could not be right...started Friday at 263, today 258.

5 lbs, I am thrilled, I don't care if it's water, I ain't no camel and did not want to hump it around anyhow! :yes:

I just love reading everyone's losses, it's so inspiring!

Despite an off plan dinner last night, I am down 4 pounds for the week, that puts me 2 pounds away from the 30# club, look out, here I come!

Only down 1 pound this week. I am pretty dissapointed since I only went down 1.9 last week. OH well it is 1 more pound I don't have :) Great job to everyone

I am down 8 lbs today, and I'm still having a hard time believing it but the scale keeps saying it when I stand on!

I'm down 3 pounds in week 33 for a total of .... drumroll please ... 100 pounds! I've lost 100 pounds. I can't believe it!!!
I co-hosted a baby shower yesterday and had bought a beautiful cake from one on the best bakeries around. I was awfully tempted, but a dear friend of mine happened to bring a picture of me and the mom-to-be from last July. EGADS! I looked BAD and THAT was just the inspiration I needed to keep my hands off.
Congrats to all the losers and to all those who didn't lose - stay strong, persevere, you are being tested but hang in there. We WILL meet our goals if we keep chugging along.

Howdy Folks

No loss NO GAIN this week. It's that time of the month and I thought it might post a GAIN, but nope, I am exactly the same as I was last week - and i'm actually OK with that - as long as it isn't a GAIN :mrgreen:

Hopefully I will be able to post a loss for next Sunday.

A couple of days this week I was behind on my water intake, I need to focus on that. I also had an 'off plan' dinner last night - OOOPSIE, but I'm back on track this morning!

My husband is still doing really well - he can fit into pants that he hasn't been able to wear for a couple of YEARS! I'm trying to get him to go to the doctor to weigh himself and get some tests, I bet his cholestrol is in MUCH better shape.

Great job to all of the LOOOOSERS! 8)
