Conferences CAN be productive: they always have a variety of teas available. Drink tea all day long. When you're sittin' in on some of those boring seminars, slip out to the sandbox - tea gives you a reason for leaving the seminar, gives you a teensy bit of exercise as you walk down the halls, flush those toxins and flab buh-bye!
You can come home thinner than when the conference started!
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
Danish, donuts, pre-made sandwiches served from a cardboard box, limp celery and broc - gosh, you can have THAT any day! Those Danish and Donies will still be around when you reach your goal weight. You do not HAVE to have them today.
