Hi all good morning,


I am always up at this time so I guess I get to post first. :D
I just wanted to say I am down 3lbs this week finally :roll: I had made a pledge last week and I stuck to it I thought I would have lost a little more but with aunt flo coming next week I tend to retain a little water, So any way I hope to make it to the 30lb club by the end of this month.

Today is a very BIG day for me!!! I get to join the 50# Club!!

Mark 2 lbs down for me this week! I have aproximately 20 lbs to go to reach my goal....but may adjust my goal weight. I'm going to see how I feel and look in 10 lbs...... my goal is to be able to wear my size 6 clothes comfortably. When I'm there, I'll stop!!!

Yeah Medifast! This has been an easy (relatively) diet and I would (and do) recommend it to anyone!

Marsha! I just had to come back on and tell you congratulations on jumping up to the 50# Club. Those club 'memberships' take a great deal of hard work and perseverance.

Your dedication to your goal is impressive.

Marsha..congratulations on reaching an awesome club goal...My you are an inspiration to us all.....It is so hard reaching the clubs of any level and to make it to 50 WOW way to go girl....I am trying to reach the 20 mark club and I know I will one of these days..:O)

Thanks everyone for the Congratulations! It is fun to see the "50# Club" under my name now!

All I can say is, "If I can do it, you can, too!" Just stay true to Medifast, true to your goal and true to yourself! I am feeling so good. It is so much easier to climb stairs, walk and get around! And I love all the positive comments that I get dailey from people that I know! It is true, nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Although I am not "thin" yet, I am alot closer than I was just 4 short months ago. Medifast gave me the way to get to my goal - to get to a healthier weight - in a short period of time!
And the momentum is still going! I can't wait to get to my goal!

Okay -- I am late but my home computer died this weekend so I will now only be able to post from work until I can afford a new one.

Anyway -- get this -- weighed on Sunday Morning and, even after I added the lean & green on Friday, I am down to 243.

7 pounds in 6 days.

I haven't weighed myself for two weeks, but am happy to report a 7.5 pound loss during that time!!

Please add me to the 30# club!!! (I'm down by 34#)

As usual, I am posting the Sunday roll call late..I weigh in on Mondays. pleased to report though, that I am now a member of the 30lb club.

Baby weightloss though, a mere two pounds..but I will take it. Sure beats a 2lb gain!!
