Some say that March weather comes in
“like a lion and out like a lamb” but in our city we experienced the opposite of that – we had a bright and sunny
Oneth of March.

Makes us wonder if March will go out like a lion….
Let’s be

fierce as lions this month and really

hit it hard – sink your

teeth into your program.

Fight hard to remain program-compliant every day.
Prepare the

night before for the next day’s meals.
Keep your

eye out for

temptations and

turn away.

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
Many of you have had an

excellent

weight loss this first week of March and that’s great – let’s keep motivated – spring break is just around the corner, and soon it will be time to wear shorts and t-shirts.
We wanna
look hot this summer and not
feel 
hot – let’s get ready for summer weather
NOW by sticking to our program!
Place your confidence in the program – it works!
When we

eat things not on the program –
like bites of cake, part of a dinner roll or piece of bread, a spoonful of ice cream, etc.
it throws us

out of the fat-burning state.
Hunger will increase.
Craving will return.
Like a roaring lion that seeks its prey,
the cravings increase and we can easily

lose control
and

pork out;
leaving us feeling like a

failure and

doomed to live forever in
Chubbabubba Land.
You already
know exactly how that bread, or chip, or pizza, or cookie tastes.
You have had a lot of it in your lifetime.
You
CAN live without it for a while longer.
If you choose to...

Do not sell out!

You are made of sterner stuff!

What a privilege is ours to choose the course for our day!
We do not
HAVE to eat the things that do not lead towards our goal.
We get to

choose to eat the healthy way that leads us along the path to success.

Together we stand strong; we can defend ourselves against the crouching lions when we eat on time,

drink all our water;
eat
just the things on our Medi-list for the 5 & 1 Program.
When we do, we will

skip and

frolic like happy lambs.
We will say

good-bye to the 300’s and the 200’s and enter
Onederland.
Every day will seem like

springtime when we accomplish our goals!
Hunger after healthiness!
