Hi All,
I have been MIA for quite some time but I wanted to weigh in.

My current weight is 160lbs, down from 220lbs in 6/06. Its a long and windy road with lots of bumps, but it is deffinately worth it.

Welcome back Allie ! It's along journey that we all know far too well. I've taken a couple breaks as well but the weight is still coming off slow but sure. With my life style I'll take what I can get. Great job Katie ! You are up far too early ! I stayed up to watch all of Saturday Night Live and could not drag my butt out of bed this morning.

I'm down another 2lbs putting me at 230.

Thanks so much Roger. Yesterday I was down to 3.6 but hey I will take the 3#. And as for being up to early, My husband worked late last night so I let him sleep in. :shock: Which I would usually never do. But the poor guy never gets to sleep in. And also I had to whiney 9 year olds saying I am hungry and if I do not eat I am going to die. Boys :mrgreen: Roger how did your wife do this week. That is so cool that you are doing this together.

My dear wife is down another 1.5 and we're going shopping for new jeans today. I've agreed to buy any pair that she wants. I need to get a pair of 36" because the 38" are falling off the hips. I'm also going to get a pair of 34" to hang up as a goal.

Congrats to everyone so far!!! Welcome back Allie! Like roger said, it's a journey that we all know far too well. I am -3.6 for this week. Hey katie, i guess mauve gets us SOMEWHERE!

Good Morning

Ok , I was not on program this week like I should have been.
I'm sick with a cold/flu , then I hosted a benefit at my home last night and the caterer was amazing being off all week, I caved, I figured I'd restart today .

So I sit here drinking my shake.

The bad news I gained 2 lbs this week taking me to 247 lb and I am still sick.

The good news we raised a good bit of money for a worthy cause, and I back on program !


Congratulations to everyone that lost this week.

This is my first weigh in on the roll call and for week 1 I have a loss of 5.8lbs ; woulda loved more but hey its good! :partytime:

Hi all! I'm down a lb this week. I was also sick with the cold/flu....took 2 1/2 days off of work...appetite was down then up, so I'm satisified with the loss.

Next week, will mark my 2 month anniversary of Medifast and am hoping to reach the 20 lb mark by then. I plan on starting exercising this week, so maybe that will help me reach that goal!!

Down 1.5 for this week, and I am back under 200. I have been compliant, and that almost feels as good as losing the pounds.

Yay for all the losses! Ktrout, hope you guys enjoyed the shopping trip. I LOVE jeans! I LIVE in jeans. . . now that I come in their sizes.

I get to move my ticker today -- down 2.2 lbs and rolling.

Go get 'em, Medibuds! Have a fantastically compliant week regardless of what the scale says!

Hello all you losers! Didn't get a chance to roll call yesterday. I'm up .4 from ticker but I got a new scale that is about 2#'s heavier than my old scale. 207.8.
