Is everyone still sleep because you "lost an hour" last night? Well, I am exactly -1lb for this week. Of course i wish it were more but i'll take it. I will rant a little in my journal. Hope everyone had a great week and has a great one to coming!

I lost 4 lbs this week. Down to 243 lbs.


Life you lost that is all that counts !

Have a great week everyone. Rains have stopped in the South and it should be a beautiful week. At least in the 60's all week just bought a convertible and plan to drive roofless all week ! :D

I am soooo close to my first club! My weigh in today puts me at 217.6 down from 227. So for week 2 my loss is - 3.6

Wk1 5.8
Wk2 3.6

Loss so far 9.4


Not sure if I will wait until next roll call or sometime during the week to knock on 10lb door.

Wow congratulations to everyone for their losses and/or their accountability.

I've been stupid (once again) and turned back to eating to solve my frustrations/problems. It does not work, hasn't ever worked, will not ever work....but the stupid part is that I just continue to pretend it will make a positive difference if I do it.

I know much of my gain this week is fluid retention (rings won't come off).....and I truly considered not weighing and not reporting if I did weigh. But this journey for me is about learning and being accountable, to myself especially, instead of hiding when I make these foolish choices (over and over and over and..........).

So.....with embarrassment and shame I am reporting a gain this week of 4.5# .
Began MediFast 2/10/07 212#
Reached Goal 3/15/08 147#
Renewed commitment 9/20/09-after regaining 38# (185#)
Reached Goal 1/25/10 147# Maintaining :)

It's been a long time since I've participated in the sunday roll call. I restarted MF this week after a very long hiatus. :( My loss for the week is 9.2 pounds. Congrats to everyone and I hope you have a great week.

I can report of 1.6 lbs. Didn't quite reach my goal of -20 for my 2-month MF anniversary but have lost 20 lbs since beginning of year.
