I am stuck again..... :? I won't let it bother me. Yes I would have liked to see the scale move, but I know it will as long as I remain compliant. I keep telling myself that some of these pounds hav been with me for many years. They don't want to leave. :lol: I will be more stubborn that they are, and shake them off.! :mrgreen: I am stepping up my workout this week. It is finally warm enough to walk outside.

Good job all you loosers. Keep up the terrific job everyone.

I kept it - 233.9 today for the 30# club.

Hang in there everybody - it will come off eventually. And throw my words back at me when I start to slow down....

-2 for me. I gained back .5 from yesterday (darn body!). Total lost in 5 weeks is 17.5 (I'm happy with that).

Congratulations to those who maintained and who lost this week.

ok - I'm gonna start posting weigh-ins.

This week is a net 0 - I fluctuate a lot due to water retention issues.

Committing to staying off the scale - Once a queen, always a queen, but once a week is enough!

OK Another slow week, but there are reasons beyond my control. That said I still lost a great 1.8 lbs. I can be happy with that and with any luck, this week will be a bit better.

Congrats to everyone for what looks like another great roll-call. Keep shaking and you'll get there soon enough!

Way to go everyone!! You all are doing great. Still maintaining 3 pounds or so under goal...on to step 2 of transition today!! Kinda scary, but needs to be done!! :) Good luck everyone! 8)

Newbie weighin' in and whinin'

I've been plugging along compliantly--seriously--for 2 weeks and have lost only 6.2 pounds total. I've done MF in the past and remember that by then end of the first month I had lost 20 pounds so I feel somehow cheated! :roll:

I know, any loss is better than a gain, but when I've been drinking all my water, drinking/eating all my supps, and truly NOT eating anything off plan, I just feel frustrated. Thanks for listening. Sorry to start off on such a negative note. I'll get better, really!

4# for five days. I've noticed the scale moving a little faster since the doc increased my water. I was worried the grain I have to eat with my L&G would slow me down - maybe that's why I didn't have the common 15+ loss for the first week.

But I'll be happy at the 4-5# per week. At that rate I'll meet goal by September 30.

It's really scary putting in down - like I'm foolish for dreaming so big (small) so quickly. But I've seen others do it and with God's help and the encouragement of this forum, I'll do it, too.

Hello to All ! I don't have much to report, weighing in the same as I did last week, but I will attribute it to exercising quite a bit more and my body being a little in shock. But, I am plenty happy right where I am at :).

Nickie awesome job on getting into the 30#

Way to go to all you losers & Maintainers.......... I am up 2# but I did go off program on Friday for stomach problems. I will be back on Monday
