I've been plugging along compliantly--seriously--for 2 weeks and have lost only 6.2 pounds total. I've done MF in the past and remember that by then end of the first month I had lost 20 pounds so I feel somehow cheated!
I know, any loss is better than a gain, but when I've been drinking all my water, drinking/eating all my supps, and truly NOT eating anything off plan, I just feel frustrated. Thanks for listening. Sorry to start off on such a negative note. I'll get better, really!
