It's been up and down for me this week but net loss is 1 lb. Can't blame it on metabolism or anything but a stressful week.

Congrats all, great rollcall. Sydney_Gavin congrats on the 40# and DI... WAY TO GO on the 100lb club! Welcome to the club! Wow, what an accomplishment, and I can't wait to see you again this year and see how much you have changed.

As for me, not a stellar loss this week, but a loss nonetheless. I lost 1 lb to be at 209.8 but that does put me into the 190 lb club! I am excited and ready to hit the 200 lb club and get into onederland. Soon enough I guess.

I'm down 3.2# this week for a total of 28.2# overall. I'm so excited.

I'm happy to report that I'm down 3.5 from last week which brings me to a total of 20.5 and I believe I might hit that darned ole plateau this week but I will stay compliant and keep shaking!

Many thanks for the cheers, all. This Friday is my Mediversary, so it's all the sweeter.

Gavin, there are no words. I keep having to reintroduce myself to longtime acquaintences and colleagues I haven't seen since last school year.

I remember when I started. My sister/HA had already lost 60# and all I could do was shake my head. I NEVER thought I'd lose that much. It really does feel incredible (as Tony, Brian, Jo, Nancy, etc can all tell you). I will also say that, had I stayed compliant through the holidays, I'd be much farther along. Lesson learned. And onward!
