For me, not much but i'll take it...down from 181.4 last week to 179.6 this morning.

Great Losses for the rest of you, and BIKI who lost 5.5# even while on vacation!

I don't know how much I've lost this week. I've had my eyes on one goal and one goal only -- that gold star.

So, this morning, I hopped on the scale and it read...

202.6!!!

which puts me at

100.1!!!

As Tony and others can tell you -- keep shakin! It's totally worth it!!

I am the exact same weight I was last week, despite compliance. So for the last three weeks my loss is only 1.4 pounds. And since I don't have anything nice to say, I'm going to shut up. Not a happy camper.

Hi Carrie..i won't pretend to not know how you're feeling because i'm moving slow too and don't know why..being quite compliant just like yourself, but another way to look at it is KNOWING this stalemate won't last long...you may weigh yourself tomorrow and see a 3 pound drop...it's possible..so just hang'n there like i'm trying to do and look forward to seeing the "beautiful" rainbow that lies ahead:+)
