4.5 down today. Less than 40 to go to my first goal! A very nice present after being so good yesterday around temptation. Hope everyone else had a great week!

Good morning all...Well I am down 2.6 pounds from last week and as most of you saw I hit my goal. I am weighing in at 178.5, 1.5 pounds below goal. I have seen some increase in my weight since I started adding the extra veggies, but that is to be expected until my body gets used to it! Hope everyone has a succesful day!! Good luck!

My four week total is only 13.6, of course I was hoping for better than that, I seem to be going much slower this time. But I'm going to stick with it.

Ate at a Thai restaurant last night and had trouble choosing. The meal I had was full of carbs and a bit salty. I gained 4 pounds overnight! Whoa! That MSG'll kill ya!

Hey, 3 lbs. for me this week. That completes my fist full week on MF. 10 days on MF and 6 pounds down...........WOW!

I am down 6# this week. But I went off program last week for 4 days. Went to Atlantic city. But got right back on program on Monday. Great Losses everyone.

). My daily records show a 3.5 loss. Total 12# since I began MF on Feb. 10th. I'm still 100% compliant and still determined to go all the way to goal 100% compliant. This is my very last weight loss program and weight loss attempt. This one works, this one is the one that will take -- and KEEP me -- where I want to be for the rest of my life.

I am down 2.5#s since last Roll Call (though down almost 10#s this week after my off-porgram blip last weekend
), weighing in at 164.5. I couldn't be happier and I am, at the most, within 10 pounds of goal (and less if I don't go all the way to 155).

Well, after months of being up and down I am finally more down. 
I was 280 last week and today I am 274.6 so, hallelujah! Officially in the 70# club. Its so nice to be a loser.
