Hey, Congratulations to all you losers, both great and small, and to the maintainers for hanging in there! :bravo:

Just call me 'Old slow poke Lizzie' this week with a one pound loss. That's a total of 27 pounds in my 11th week. Told ya! :roll:

But wait a bloomin' minute...I'm losing lots of inches and feeling great, loads of energy. :bananadance: We walked several miles through Garvan Woodland Botanical Gardens in Hot Springs yesterday and "tiptoed through the tulips"...and barely got winded. :treadjog: The flowers were simply gorgeous!

You are all gorgeous too ... so supportive and helpful to everyone. Welcome to all the newbies who are losing by leaps and bounds. :leopard:

I may be slow pokey...but you all know the story of "The Turtle and the Hare. "

How Inspiring!! Everyone here before and after this post should be so proud wether you maintained, lost, even gained(darn that aunt flo) she will leave and so will the weight!!

I added up all this weeks fat poundage lost, from every post up to this post....71.7 pounds you all!!!! How cool is that!!?!?!

I can add another 5 pounds gone this week..wooohooo!!! Which brings us as a group to 76.7..I can't wait to see how many more pounds will be thrown on the pile!!!

This makes a total of 23 pounds lost since I started MF 2/16 and 31 pounds lost since Jan 3.( I add this to help me remember..lol) :oops:

Great Job Everyone- Its very encouraging to read all the sucesses. Well- this is day 4 and Im proud to say I have lost 6 lbs so far. Im very happy! It hasnt been too too hard yet.

MORNING LOSER FRIENDS!!!!

Wow - some fantastic losses this week! Medifast is AMAZING!!! I'm so glad I made the choice to start the program!

This week is a bit slow..... waiting for Aunt Flo any minute I'm sure! Wish she'd make an appointment - so unpredictable! Anywho, I lost one pound this week for a grand total of 35.5 pounds.

And for Gina's tally.... we are now up to 83.7 - SWEET!

After a week of the scale going down, and up, and staying put, it finally got moving in the proper direction this morning, and I'm glad to say I lost 2.2 lbs. That's 37 lbs lost since my Medilife began on Jan 17th (and 53 lbs lost since my highest in August!).

Congratulations to everyone for getting in here and staying accountable!

I HAVE LOST 25 POUNDS SINCE FEB 20!!!

Yeah! I started this on Feb. 20. I used to weigh 247. Now I weigh 222. Thats alot of sticks of butter off my bottem too! Maybe Unca Tim could me in the 20 pound club for a day or two until I get to 30- huh?

Well, I maintained this week. Hopefully the scale will start moving down soon... I'm still shrinking, but the scales stuck. LOL! I'm ok with it though. I've lost 20.5 lbs in 3 weeks, more than I've done in my other failed attempts with other "diets". So it's all good.

:glasses: Even though this is only day 5 for me, I wanted to take a peek at the scale and.... I've lost 6 pounds! :boing: :bouncie: :clap:

Im gonna hold off on weighing until Tuesday. That will be the end of 4 weeks and I will take my measurements then too.... Its soooo hard to wait!! I will let you know how it goes!!!

After some ups and downs this week, I am now down 3 pounds from last week! Not too shabby -- I'll take it!

To the maintainers, be patient and strong; it'll come off! And to those who gained, just keep the faith, and get back on track, you can't miss with these little packets... it's the best thing going!

It's the end of week 9 for me and I'm down another 4 pounds. WooHoo!!! Only 1.6 pounds until I'm halfway to goal. I plan on being there next week! With all of your help and encouragement I know I can make it!!

Zilch. Nothing. Nada for me this week. :( I'm down 10 pounds in 3 weeks though. :) Exercise starts today, so I hope that will kickstart the loss again.
