Good Morning!

I guess Jerry and I will post first today with our happy news! Jerry has lost another 5 lbs. for a grand total of 50 lbs. in only 7 weeks! I have lost another 2.5 lbs. for a total of 41 lbs. in only 7 weeks. I can't tell everyone how delighted we are and mostly how much better we are both feeling! This Medifast thing is AMAZING!!!

We have almost got our nerve up to post before pictures in the Studio (but not quite). Maybe next week!

Good luck to all of you as you weigh in this morning and we can't wait to read of everyones successes after church today!

As for me this week, still at a stand still. Hopefully this week will bring downward movement on the scale. I'm just plugging away trying to be patient. I know it will go.

I'm happy to report that I'm down another 2 lbs this week for a total of 14 lbs in 4 weeks. This is especially good news after a mid-week scare where the scale indicated that I had GAINED 4 pounds in 2 days. Yesterday was my one-month anniversary on MediFast. I'm so glad I took the plunge!

Lynne-don't sweat it. We all know you're doing great and those pesky last pounds WILL go away.

GOOD MORNING LOSERS!!

It was a great week for me. I'm down 4 pounds. I have accomplished four milestones this week:

1) Down 33.5 pounds - yeah!!!!! 30# club!!!!!
2) Down to a weight I haven't seen in 10 years
3) Half way to my goal weight
4) And made it into the 170's!!!

ALL FOUR MILESTONES IN 9-1/2 WEEKS! This program is definitely the best!

Congrats to all your losers!! By sticking together, we can do it!!

This is my second week. Tomorrow is my "real" weigh in day, but I want to joind this thread! I have lost a total of 3 pounds this week bringing my weight loss total to 10 pounds in two weeks! I love this program! I love the idea of not being hungry all the time! I can't wait until oNeDeRLaNd!!!!! Thanks for the support here!

Wow!!! Way to go everyone, those are some excellent losses ya got going on.

This week (cover your eyes boys) has been t.o.m. for the first time in about 3 months,(also the first time I have been able to break along stint of no tom without progesterone) and I think I might be at a plateau point..but I did manage to lose one pound since last Sunday role call.

I am feeling a little demoralized..but will NOT give up..I know that scale will start moveing again, the evil thing.
