Up 2 pounds to 190. I really am surprisingly okay with that. It's been a rough week and except for an ear infection I believe my body is healthier than last week.

Hi, 2# for me this week after 2 weeks of zilch!!!! So, only 3 more till the 60# club :D

Good Morning! When I stepped on the scale this morning, I had to smile.

269.


Considering today is day 21, and I started at 301, that puts me at 32 pounds. Time for a new #Club I think. I have noticed the weight is starting to come off slower, but thats ok, it's the end result that is important.

Thanks, Biki it sure does!!! Sorry you're up 2# But, I know you'll get it off in a jiffy. :D You're really kicking butt on losing the weight :D It seems every time I look you're in a new club. I have to tell you I really love reading your posts. You really tell it like it is good or bad!! I admire you I really do :D Have a GREAT day.

I am up 1#..... not going to get upset over it. I started to ride my stationary bike a week ago, and have done 10 miles every day.
My jeans are much looser, and I feel good. Hopefully I can now shock the scale into moving.

Finally the scale has moved!

After several weeks of wild seesaws (due to noncompliance) followed by stasis, I'm down one pound this week! I'll take it!!!!

Congrats to everyone and Biki, I hope you feel better soon. Earaches are the worst.

I have been exercising too, so although we gained weight we know we improved our health in one way!

4.4 pounds this week! Not too bad, considering I lost 5 pounds last time the first week and I did 3 days of no L&G that time. :)

Grats to all the losers, maintainers and keep going to those who gained a little. Just remember slow and steady wins the race! :mrgreen:
