Well I guess I will go first

I had a great week and lost 5lbs for a total of 36lbs gone

That is TREMENDOUS, Lisa!

No change is weight since last week :( likely secondary to unintentional mistakes!

After careful consideration and guidance by my Health Advisor Lisa Renee, I have decided to attempt to free myself from the burden of the scale. So, twice a month it is...I hope!

Lisa, 5lbs is awesome! That certainly is a GREAT feeling!

StrivingSister, I know what you mean about staying away from the scale. It's the best thing you can do for youself and sanity! :lol: Now, if I could just conquer my scale addiction myself.

Well, I'm at a standstill myself this week due to a number of factors. I stayed completely on plan but, well, have some hormonal issues and stress issues that I'm dealing with so I'm not really surprised. Once I ovulate (sorry guys) and my sons birthday party is over with today I should see a good drop for next week. Well, I had BETTER anyway. I am very extremely happy to report though that I did a little shopping for some new jeans and cannot believe that I'm into a size 4! Wahoooooo!! Never in my life have I been a size 4. And they're not tight, they're comfy!

Jerry lost another 5 lbs. for a total of 45 lbs. in just 6 weeks!

I have lost another 3.5 lbs for a total of 38.5 lbs. in 6 just weeks!

We are both feeling great and have absolutely no hunger or desire to cheat at all. Reading of everyones successes on this forum and our quick yet healthy weight losses is SOOO motivating and I know we will cross the finish line to our goals.

Good morning everyone! Well, well, Lisa, Lori, and Jerry ... wow great week! Striving Sister, even though the scale didn't cooperate this week, sounds like you learned some new things and that is a victory in itself! And Lynne - size 4?! You continue to inspire!! Its week 25 for me and I lost 3 pounds, so I am now an 80 pounds loser! :-P

Awesome Nicki ! I look to join you in the 80# club soon !!!

I had a pretty good week and weighed in at 251 making it a another 4 lbs lost. This puts me at 62 lbs lost overall. I had a small slice of the dreaded pizza yesterday. It was pretty good but I noticed that there was no craving to eat any more than the one slice that I had allowed myself. Maybe the will power is getting stronger now that my behavior has been very strict for the last several months. The weather is getting warmer and the snow is almost gone from the trails that my wife and I like to walk on.

Well thankfully I started to loose again. 5 pounds this week for a total of 20 lbs. Tuesday will be 3 weeks on Medifast so I am happy. It is hard to believe that I was not loosing weight because I was not eating enough, but that must have been it. I followed everyones suggestions and increased the amount of protein I ate at my L&G and also started drinking one of my shakes before I went to bed to make sure I got all 5 in each day and immediately I started loosing again. Thanks to everyone for all the support I got while I was having problems.

What Awesome--Awesome---Awesome Losses this week! Wish I could congratulate each one of you individually, starting with the fabulous LISA, but you know who you are! :whistle:

Yes, I lost 2 pounds this week and 25 pounds are gone--gone--gone! A BIG HAND for me, please! :bravo:

I was just an ounce below the 170 pound mark! (169.9) Well, guys, an ounce is an ounce, is an ounce!

Can't wait to see all the other losses and holders-on. You are ALL soooooo :cool: I can't stand it!

G'morning all you losers. The weeks go so fast and the losses are just piling up. Congrats to all the losers and maintainers.

I get to add 2 pounds to the pile of flab lost this week. Total - 64 in almost 5 months.

Congtrat's to all you losers ! This is my first week weigh in and i have lost 6lbs my first week. I also cheated twice (I probably would have lost more) but im happy with the 6lbs :D

I had a 3 pound loss this week. That puts me at 26.5 pounds at 9 weeks. WoooHoooo!

Keep up the good work everyone!

Think SUNSHINE for next Saturday!! We've had to rent a canopy/tent, which is fine, but it would still be nice to see the sunshine!

CONGRATULATIONS everyone!!! Told ya, Lisa!!! :-P Image

Well I jumped on the scale Image this week and the total since last Sunday is Image Thats a total of 17 pounds gone since Feb 16 and a total of 25 pounds gone since Jan 3! I can hardly believe it!!! :D

I am gonna addsome treadmill walking this week.Imageand maybe some dance-excerciseImage.

Way to go everyone!!! Laura and anyone who had no losses..you know its a temporary situation way to stay on program that scale will move soon!Image

For me I had a 2 pound loss this week, and happy about it.
