For most of this week, the scale didn't want to move (well, it did slightly, just not in the right direction!). But I kept the medifaith, and finally on Friday I was down 0.6 lbs. At which point I thought to myself, "at least it's going down again!" Yesterday, same number. This morning? Down 2.4 lbs from yesterday, for a total of 3 lbs for the week! I think that was my body momentarily forgetting what the plan was (to lose weight), then remembering and trying to make up for lost time. So, 3 lbs for the week, 32 lbs total since starting Medifast. Hurrah!
