Down 2 pounds for the week. Still trying to figure out the math on the scale at the gym. 250+0 is too much, but 200+50 isn't enough. UGH!

Anyhoo! I should be able to reach that micro-mini goal I set for myself to be 200+something instead of 250 plus anything by July 4.

Hey all, it's been an interesting week. I'm down 2.5. Hope everyone's having a great weekend!

Start Weight 326.7 ~ My short term goal will put me at 250!

Started June 19th 2008. First Mini Goal 76.7 pounds.

Another 3 lb. loss this week to put me in the 20 lbs club. :yay:

Not at home so not using our scale there. Last weigh in was 3 lbs for the week. Congrats to all on your progress.

Hmmm....interesting. If that scale is not lying (I am convinced it does lie to me sometimes!) I am down 3.8lbs for the week, which is a HUGE number for me. Now watch...I'll follow it up with less than a pound this week just to burn me good. :lol:

Congratulations on a great week everyone! I am glad to see so many people checking in for roll call this week. :D

No losses this week but they say,
