yes LAWoman, I had lost 160 pounds and then life happened (new child) and things got away from me so I need to lose about 97 pounds or so to get back to where I want to be and then maintain it there! I don't forsee any other obstacles now! haha Great job on your loss!

I majorly sat down on the trail and rolled back some from May 20th through June 15th; so, really, this is yet another restart for me, as well.
I am UP 3 lbs from last Monday. Obviously, I'm not being as careful as I need to be. That, then, is my goal this week -- absolute compliance for the next 7 days.
I'm down 2 lbs from when I restarted and down 1 lb since yesterday. I'm happy with that given that I have regained some of what I had lost previously. Still not at my ticker... so thats my first mini-goal.

Aloha! I started last week but I didn't record my actual losses because I did so on many restart attempt for nothing and I just didn't want to make a big "to-do" about it only to let myself down.
So, my weight loss for the first week is ~5lbs I started at 168 ish and am 162 ish now.
I will start recording tomorrow. I cant wait to record my sucess next Sunday!

Today is day 14 of my restart and I'm down 9lbs exactly! Yay! More importantly...I'm in ONEDERLAND! I did it by the skin of my teeth (199., but I'm THERE!
I will be traveling for the next 3 weeks, so my scale reporting might be sporadic, but I'm here, I'm back and I'm not going anywhere! Look at all these familiar names, and new ones to meet! This should be fun! This is our year!
