Oh boy, I'm first! I'm down 3 pounds this week for a total of 115 in 40 weeks. I can't wait to get my weekly dose of inspiration as the rest of you wonderful losers chime in. :D Have a great week everyone!

This is my first Sunday roll call. My official week ends tomorrow. As of this morning I am down 8 pounds. Pretty decent start!!

Hi all!

I was down 2 pounds for the week but am back up a pound today. I have been really sick- 102 fever, strep throat and an earache. So I have been adding lots of chicken noodle soup and tea with honey to my menu. Along with some other comfort foods. It is too hard to be on plan while this sick.

I still feel awful today, but am planning on starting back again tomorrow.

I am so damn close to the #20 club. Aargh.

Down 1.5 this week.
I knew when I started on June 2nd that this month was gonna be difficult -but if I didn't start then, I would've ended up gaining weight, I just know it. (Too many parties & events with food.)
So - I'm down a total of 9.5 - almost to the #10 club!

I'll take losing 10lbs a month - anyday!

Hang in there, Beach Baby!
Keep drinking that water - it'll make losing those few pounds much easier in the long run. Your body needs those fluids, you can't deny it the soup and the tea with honey either. Don't worry and don't feel like you've gained - as a matter of fact, don't weigh yourself until after you feel better & have been OP for a few days.

Good Morning all you losers!!!

Early morning at work today (don't usually work on Sundays) hosting out of town clients. I'm down another 3.6 pounds since my last weigh-in two weeks ago before I left for vacation. 50# Club please Unca! Only 6.6 pounds until goal!!! Have a great week!

Weighed in at 209.0 today for a total of 2.5 pounds lost for the week and 20.9 pounds total. :exercise:

Strangely when I weighed mydelf on Wednesday I was at 207.7. I've stuck right on plan so it must be water. :x

(Edited Monday morning) Okay now I'm back to 207.7 for a total loss of 22.2 Strange :exercise:

Well, I was back on track this week and back down to 188.5...not exactly where I wanted to finish the week, but I'll take it. ;) At least it's moving in the right direction....I'm hoping by next weigh in I'll be in a different club..it's not that the 30 lb club isn't nice, I just have overstayed my welcome. :)

I am down 2 lbs this week. 170 even. I am so excited to almost be in the 160's. I will make it this week!

Wish I could join you in celebrating another week of losing, but fell victim to the "sodium" monster and gained 3 pounds overnight! (Curse you, Vlasic Tabasco flavored Pickle Spears!!)

But great job to the rest of you. Keep on shaking.

HI Everyone!

Been away - ok been away OFF PLAN, or sort of off and on plan if you know what I mean........but I need to RESTART.

Good news is I didn't gain back any of the 20 lbs I had lost. I have managed to loose a couple of more inches, due to my excercise AND I wasn't eating horribly, just not on plan, so I think I now know how to MAINTAIN my weight and can control my portions (good news for me).

HOWEVER, I still have quite a bit of weight to loose and I'm not going to loose it by maintaining - so HERE I AM.

Good to see everyone again!

This is my first roll call, I started MF on Thursday. I lost 7 lbs so far. I know most of that is initial water weight lost but I feel great and lucky to have found a plan that will work for me!

This was a decent week....back to a steady eddie loss of 3.5 lbs. I will take it. Hope everyone else is having success.
