ok, still at 277.5, but that is down 5 lbs from last week.
5 lbs makes me :D

edit.

i did a jeans-free weigh-in and was 274. repeatedly. like an obssessed woman.

274. holy cow. i think this may be the lightest i've been in 8 years.

Well I lost 3 pounds this week! I'll take it!

I didn't eat a CUPCAKE yesterday at my daughters 1st Bday. Yeahhhh for me! lol...

Great job to all you losers! Keep it up!

Well, I'm down 1.8 from last Sunday. It's a loss and I'll take it, but it's the first time I've lost less than 2 pounds in a week (barring the time I cheated). I hope it's better next week. I am close to qualifying for "Normal" on the BMI calucators, and the thirty pound club. Two months on Medifast and I am still impatient!

Silver Fox is happy to announce that Lizabette is down two pounds from last Sunday.
Loss showed up mid-week and held for today.
And best of all, she is getting into smaller sizes.

So glad to be back for Sunday Roll Call.

Congratulations to all you losers, maintainers and holder-oners. You're doing great!

I got on the scale a day early, almost went running around the house screaming like a kid but I didn't want to scare the kids. :shock:

Just wanted to say congrats to everyone for this week's effort. I'll be checking in tomorrow twith my official weekly weight. Hoping to get rid of these pesky "interview" pounds.

WOW! Look at all these incredible shrinking people!! Congrats to all for your continued success in changes toward a healthier, slimmer you! I'm so inspired!

Sharon -- I'm SO PROUD of you for not eating a cupcake! You go, girl! Look at that loss!

Tony -- high-5, dude! We made it!! From here on out, I expect to be eating your dust.

Unca -- thanks for changing the club already!!

Lizabette -- glad you're back on the roll call. Throwing you a rope to drag you into the 50# club with me. Got a nice, soft, cushy seat right here! You're name on it, too!

CSULA -- I'm with you, girl! Although this isn't yet the lightest I've been in that many years, I'm pretty sure I'm under what I weighed 2 years ago. Once I break into the 240s, that will be the lightest stress on my frame in about 14 years. Congrats!!! You're making awesome progress!

Mike -- I miss you!!

Ok, loss this week: 3.4 lbs Total loss: 50.3 lbs Time: 3 months, 1 week
Other successes: started walking this week. In fact, I'm just getting home from participating in a 24-hour relay (Relay for Life--I actually only participated from 10pm to 10am). I walked 7 or 8 miles, most of it between 10 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. this morning. I have an impressive blister on the ball of my left foot. I'm tired, but feel great! Took lots of frozen RTDs and water bottles with me. Had an ABSOLUTE BLAST and can't wait 'til Mike and walk it with me next year.

Ok, off to bed for some shut-eye before Dayna arrives. Looking forward to meeting some of you in Utah later this week.

I am still grinding along here in Texas. I am reporting a loss of 4.8# for this past week for a grand total of 34.9# over a period of 5 weeks total.

I am heading out of town for a mini vacation this week so I sure hope I can stay somewhat healthy over the break.

How inspiring...to read of all your successes! Congrats to all and keep up the good work.

I am not sure why...but, after a very slow second week, my third week shows a loss of 12.6 pounds...a total of 20.4 pounds in 24 days on MF. I can't believe it!!

I am down 3 lbs for the week.I believe Tuesday would be my official weigh in day. I kinda forget ...Because I weigh in everyday.LOL.

I am taking a little trip with my hubby on July 8th .I hope to be out of the 170's by then.It will be cutting it close.I be happy with 172..which will put me at the 40 lb mark.

Hey, everyone. Glad most of you are doing so well. I'm actually UP a pound this week. I know it's because I added weights to my workout, and I expected to be up because of it ... but I'm still upset. I thought I was emotionally prepared to see the scale bounce up, but now I'm not so sure.

Almost the end of week 4 and I am down only 2.5 lbs this week. It's that TOM so I'm not upset. I'm thrilled to be at 15 lbs lost total. I think it will only be 1-2 weeks until I hit the 20# club!! THis is the fastest I think I've ever lost and it's not really hard at all for me.
