Another 1 pound week for me and I am really getting aggravated but like my hubby told me, better to lose a pound than gain a pound.

3 pounds this week. I gained back what I had lost yesterday morning, but this isn't surprising.. I spent too much time out in the sun yesterday and got a bit dehydrated. My fingers feel swollen today.

Alright...once again I am posting from my whirlpool tub on my pda. Yes I am there...50lb club. I didn't pot last week after my trip to Vegas so this week is a little skewed. Anyway I am at 275.5 for a total loss of 51.5 and a weekly loss of 7 lbs.!!! Next stop 60lbs!!!

Til next week...be a loser!

Down 4 pounds this week (211.5) for a total loss of 18.4 in 3 weeks of MF. Look out 20# club here I come!!!!!! :mrgreen:

Congrats to everyone!

I am down 2.5 pounds this week.

:x It would have been more, but I had a bad moment of weakness when my mom came over and we went out for Italian food. I hate myself for that, because I was right on track to meeting my Bermuda goal for July 15th and now I am not.

But at least I am in the 150's :D

Good Morning everyone!

This is my 1st official weigh-in and my 6th day. I hope its ok that I am gonna do sunday roll- call with y'all from now on.

As of this morning I have lost 10.9 lbs--which means I am in the 230's for the first time in 2 yrs...but not for long Thank Heavens!!

Morning, fellow losers. :D I lost 3 pounds this week for a total of 96! Surely gonna hit the big one oh oh by the time I get back from vacation in 2 weeks......we'll see.

Milestone of the week: My grandson was here for 2 days and he didn't wear me out! Also noticed that my kneecaps are reappearing.

Here's to another great week. I won't be posting next week or the week after because of vacation, but I'll rejoin ya mid July.

YEE HAW.......... made it into the 150's!! Another milestone accomplished!!

Only lost 1 pound this week, a bit frustrating because yesterday it showed a 2.5 lose. Maybe it was the 3 miles I walked yesterday...who knows...

Started June 19th 2008. First Mini Goal 76.7 pounds.

Howdy all you losers!! :mrgreen: Well my loss for the week was 2.4 even though I actually lost like 6 pounds because of a 3 pound gain, but I will take the 2.4 and run with it!! Here's to more losses in the coming week!! :yeah: :kool:
