Well, I'm late on roll call, but that's because I suck. Been going through a whole lot here, my dh is going through a lot and there's not a whole lot that I can do to help him, so the stress is taking over...and I'm doing the best I can staying on program, but I'm not consistent...somedays I'm lucky if I eat 3 meals, but I'm up 2 lbs. I don't know if it's water retention or if it's an actual gain, TOM is due anytime.
Anyway, I'm back on track today and I need to stay focused and set my sights on the goal and not stop till I get there.
