I'm SO late posting today!

I have been having such a hard time with my losses these last few weeks!
I am down
ONE stinkin' pound this week (after three weeks of NOTHING!)
I guess its better than being UP a pound, but it is just so hard to be working as hard as I have been to stay OP and still not lose anything for three weeks ... then to see a ONE pound loss
Anyone else have this happen? What is the remedy that 'yall have found (beside staying OP) ... anyone do 6 supplements with no L&G for a few days ... my husband thinks I should just eat whatever one day a week and then go back to MF ... he thinks that my body is just so use to this that it has "settled". He said that a slice of pizza might just shock it to remember that I am DIETING. I am afraid that a slice of pizza will shock ME into remembering and then I might not be in control anymore!
All I can say is,
"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"
