Good Morning!!!

Sounds like everyone is having a good week.

Christi, I used to live in PA and that Hershey Factory is alot of fun to visit. I think they just give you a little sample of chocolate (not very much at all) and the rest is just the smells that drive you crazy! :-P Just give your tiny little sample to your mom or dad and don't let the chocolate demons :twisted: get you! It's pretty cool though! I was 7 months pregnant with my 2nd child when we were there and was just glad to get back to the car when we were done! :lol: I wouldn't worry about your eensy weensy gain this week. It's probably just water fluctuation. And this next week will be a great challenge for maintenance for you while you're on your little trip. I'm sure you will do fine!!

Spunky....WOW....7 pounds is great!!! That new scale is really takin off the flab!! hehe!! No, but really, that's awesome!!!

fedup - if you wanted to change your weigh in to Sundays, then you could have 2 lbs for today and then next Sunday, it would just be a week and a half instead of a week....just a thought - like Spunky suggested. I had to do the same thing too, because I used to weigh in on Thursdays (because I started the plan on a Thursday), but I like being in on the Sunday thing....but all in all - it doesn't really matter!! We still read this post whenever a new one is added so we'll catch up with you later if you decide not to switch over! Anyway - 2 lbs is great for 1/2 a week!! YEAH!

Emma - You're doing soooooo GOOD! 17 pounds gone already!! You gotta luv it!!

ljm - See....I told you I would keep the door open to the 30# club!! I'm soo happy we're here together now....we are still right on track with each other!!

Mary - you are getting so close to your goal!!! 37 pounds away!!! That's sooo NEAT!! I'm so happy for your 107# loss!! You really are a true inspiration to ALL of us!!

Seaside - glad you're weather is clearing up!! That's funny about the bathroom door (WD-40)....made me laugh - but I would have probably done the same thing! You'll be at the 20# club soon!

Martha - 40# club!!! WAHOO!!! YEAH!!!! That's my next desination on this ride!! Can't wait!! But I won't ask you to wait for me...you'll probably be long gone before I get there!

Angelia - you've done soo good so quickly - it's probably just your body saying....WAIT - What's goin on here??? You'll be fine though!!! I'm trying to get to that 40# club myself!!

So, Congratulations to EVERYONE....

This week, I've been doing ALOT better getting ALL 5 supplements in - rather than 4. Nancy made up a little schedule (THANKS!! ;) )for me and I've been following it - & I think it's helped. My fluctuations are just big I guess. I've been seeing a loss most each day - even if it's just .4 or .6 pounds....I was even down to 181.6 on Friday, but today I'm at 182.4, which is still a loss overall for the week of 1.4 pounds. I was out in the sun almost all day yesterday, so I think I'm probably retaining a little water today, but that's ok.

So, for any of you who have been struggling to get in all 5 supplements - TRY HARDER - it does help....which is so weird - cuz you would just think eating more would make you lose slower....but I understand the whole "balance of nutrients" stuff. I think my biggest downfall was not eating within an hour of getting up, which must really help in getting the metabolism going for the whole day.

Well, here's to a great week for this big bunch of losers!!

Ok...I'm at work....dang I shouldn't be doing this but I just can't help myself on Sunday 8)

Oh my gosh Spunky and BK...those losses for the week are awesome and I'm VERY excited for you both!!

Martha now in the 40# club with a 3lb loss for the week...FANNNNTABULOUS!!

Seaside and Emma...you are running neck and neck on your total losses and average during the week. That's really great for both of you!! Congratulations on your new job Seaside and I need that WD40 over here at MY work. I've been to the potty 6 TIMES in the past 2.5 hours :shock: I SERIOUSLY must have been retaining some water this morning!!

Mary have fun at 6Flags! That is going to be sooo much fun with a big group. We are going to Kings Dominion on July 3rd with friends and all our kids. That is like 6 flags here. Good job on being down 2 this week :D

Lynne...welcome to the 30# club sweetie...isn't it great!! And if you're like me all you can think about is the 40# club now 8)

ChristY...thanks for sending the oatmeal...I'm putting the soup in the mail tomorrow. I have 4 dang packages (birthday packages) I need to send and I want them OFF of my TABLE! lol I gotta go back and see if you wanted both types of chicken soups or just the noodle?? I remember no Minestrone...so if someone wants that soup let me know...I will NEVER eat it ;)

Kassilou...sorry sweetie but I won't be around next Sunday for Roll Call. It will be my very first time to miss and it will drive me crazy I'm sure. We won't be back home until sometime Monday night. I will try so hard to get on here and post a response to everyone, but it might be rough. I will for sure let ya'll know when I'm back though.

Lisa....thanks for telling me about the Hershey factory. Is there other stuff to do in the area other than hershey park? We aren't going to go there this time since my parents will be with us and my dad can't do that much walking. Can you recommend a place to stay? We will leave Niagra Falls and drive there Sunday night to be able to get up and go to the factory the next morning. Then we'll be driving home Monday evening. Send me a PM if you got some help for me :D

Alright everybody...I'm back to work now...gots to get me some stuff done! hehe Check on ya'll later.

Oh man, where do I start?! LOL!

I got rolled out of bed by an earthquake this morning -- THAT was an experience. Not a biggie where I am, but I guess out in the desert it was a 5.6 or so. The kids slept right through it.

Now for the important stuff.

Angelia -- that was me last week, only worse. Last week I didn't lose anything at all, and I was a bit bummed by that. This week it moved a lot, so hold onto that thought. If you stay on plan, I bet you'll have a significant loss to report next Sunday.

Christi, have you been to Hershey before? You will know when you are getting into town -- you can smell it! Have fun! The tour drops you off into their gift shop where not only can you buy oodles of chocolate (of course!), you can also buy fun Hershey themed stuff. I always like to collect a Christmas ornament from places I go, so I have one I got there probably ten years ago. And now listen here, young lady: you have that surgery coming up in a month -- DON'T SABOTAGE YOURSELF BEFORE IT. You CAN do this, and you HAVE BEEN doing this, and you WILL do this. Hang in there, babe!

Martha -- yay, the 40 pound club! Woohoo! I think that definitely calls for a clothes-shopping trip as a reward! ;)

Seaside -- oh man, I hate starting new jobs! And I just did it myself about a month and a half ago, so I know. Good luck to you there, and we'll be watching for Unca Tim to be putting that "20 pound member" tag under your name by next Sunday!

Lynne, 1.5 to go and you'll be with Martha in that 40 pound club! Cool!

And Emma, I think it's going to be fun watching you and your success on this program, now that you've told me that our stats are very similar. I'm really looking forward to when you are posting your "before" and "current" pictures. Congrats on the 3.5 this week!

Spunky, see, now you are just three pounds from being with Lynne and Martha in that 40 pound club. I'm glad you decided you really are entitled to claim them, lol. Congrats on that amazing weight loss this week -- I bet you get the week's "most pounds lost" award this week!

Christy with a "Y", we all read this thread everytime somebody adds a new post to it, so for sure we'll be here for ya on Wednesday.

Kassilou, isn't it frustrating? Dang. One lousy little pound. The only good thing about that is that you'll blast right into the 60 pound club next week and probably breeze through there really fast. Good luck with it this week!

BK -- CONGRATULATIONS ON MAKING THE SEVENTY POUND CLUB TODAY! WOOHOO!!!!! Save me a spot -- I wanna be there next week! (I wouldn't mind being in Boston either, for that matter, although I DO like my air conditioning. Maybe you'll sweat a few extra ounces off....)

Lisa, it sounds like you made a big step this week with making the effort to have all of your supplements. Congrats on the pound lost, and I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot less of you in the near future. ;)

Mary -- saved you for last just because I think it is SO awesome the success you have had with this program, and I don't really have the words to say it. You have really been an inspiration to me on those days when my enthusiasm and motivation have flagged, and I'm so excited for you to be just 37 pounds from goal. Isn't that something? It's silly, but I like the idea of being able to say "well, I need to lose about 35 pounds or so" rather than "yeah, I've got more than a hundred pounds to lose." Congratulations lady!

(I didn't forget anybody, did I??)

Now as for me, after my scale did not move a single teeny-tiny bit last week, I am down FIVE POUNDS since last week's weigh-in, which takes me to 202, and knocking on the door to ONEderland! Mary, that means I have 37 pounds left to go to goal, too -- I'll race ya! ;)

I needed that big movement on the scale, because I was feeling a bit tired of doing Medifast late this week, but stayed with it because I figured after a no-loss week I'd have a good-loss one. I'm glad I did, and it's just the motivation I needed to get me through this next week.

Hi Everybody!! Sounds like everyone had a great week!! I had a 4lb loss, and am only 3 lbs away from being accepted into the 20# club. That day will be such an honor!! Congrats to everyone, I am off to my son's baseball game.

FatBgone~ I like the advise you gave to everyone on the supplements! One thing that works great for me is I have my first shake or oatmeal within 5 minutes of getting up. It has become automatic even though I am not hungry I just do it. My schedule is 6am,9,12,3,6,9. Which is so easy to remember. I have it set on my outlook schedule at work to give me an instant reminder on my computer called "Time".

BK~ 5.6 pounds is AWESOME and the 70# club!!!!!!!!!! YAHOO

:lol: I started one week ago today and I have lost 8 pounds. I cheated a little bit but not a BAD girl by any means! I like the plan a lot and have found my 2 new favorite friends on the way...Crystal Light & the Hamilton Beach Personal blender!!!! WOO HOO

Hi everyone. No, I have yet to fall off the face of the earth! I am at about 285 and have been on MF for a month now! I have not cheated once! When I feel like cheating, I have a bar. In the last 30 days, I have had about 6 of those episodes. Cheers!

Good Morning! Congratulations to all of you LOSERS!!!

This is my first weigh-in. :-) I started the MF Program on May 31, so my weekly weigh in is on Tuesday Morning. But, as of today, 12 days in, I am down 9 lbs!!!

Wow everyone continues to do wonderful..I haven't checked in for a couple of weeks..Computor was down.. and we were out camping too. I lost 3lbs this week that makes a grand total of 80 lbs.. som move me up into the 80lb. club so that makes 48 pounds to go..... I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.. :yay: Yippee

Hi Everybody! Congrats on a great week! I did a rough estimate and got 58.6 lbs for a loose total. WOW. You are ALL WINNERS (and losers!) HA I am down 1 lb. had to take a math final and work has been full of end of the year goodies! school is out thursday at 1pm! YEAH I love middle schoolers but am always happy to give them and me the summer off! going to Southern Calif from the 18th to the 3rd of July-- have all my ready to drink goodies ready to go and will get my own personal cooler for the days meals! I wont be on the computer as much but will do the weigh ins and be on as much as possible.
Here's a big thanks to Nancy and Terry who drove over the river to give me some samples and a pep talk last nite! You two are the greatest!

Ok, that's the last time I try to use those darn emoticons (except for the few next to this screen). I spent 30 minutes typing away, only to make it all disappear when I tried to add a little red car speeding toward the 50 pound club :x . Since I haven't the patience to redo my message, in a nut shell I had very nice things to say to 24K, tk, teezs2k, eddie, victoria, judy, kim & oregon rose! (Figured this late in the day, I 'd just toast those few above me, since many had summarized the early posters.) And a big congratulations to everyone else! What a terrific week. OK, so I must expand a little, just can't stop myself :roll: Judy: BIG CONGRATULATIONS ON THE 80 POUND CLUB!!! And 24k, you really deserved that 5 pounds this week; tk, so close to the 20# club. Eddie, 38 pounds your first month - Terrific! Teez, I've got two Hamilton Beach Blenders (love 'em) and can you believe 8 pounds gone this week!!!! Victoria, you'll be in your 1st Club if you blink - betcha can't join just one ;) . Kim, you're doing great with only 7 pounds to go to goal. Rose - I think we need to rename you "Stat Girl". Thanks for your running totals. 14 pounds less of you, how wonderful! Let's see, did I mention that I think I may have finally jumped off that 13 day plateau I've been hanging out on? Today showed a 2 pound loss for a total 49 pounds. So 50# Club, swing open those gates cause next week I'm coming through!!!! :lol:

Good evening to all! Busy day, but better late than never!

I am down .5 this week. Started back well on Sunday but started to have trouble beginning Wednesday. My old habits are still with me. Will I ever be free. So send your prayers and good thoughts my way for better focus and self control. I have lost 11 with MF and still have 18 more to go. I don't want to settle for less than goal. So...another week, another opportunity for a successful week, one day at at time.

Thanks for all the posts, it is such an encouragement not to have to do this on my own. I love reading about everyones success'...
