Sounds like everyone is having a good week.
Christi, I used to live in PA and that Hershey Factory is alot of fun to visit. I think they just give you a little sample of chocolate (not very much at all) and the rest is just the smells that drive you crazy!



Spunky....WOW....7 pounds is great!!! That new scale is really takin off the flab!! hehe!! No, but really, that's awesome!!!
fedup - if you wanted to change your weigh in to Sundays, then you could have 2 lbs for today and then next Sunday, it would just be a week and a half instead of a week....just a thought - like Spunky suggested. I had to do the same thing too, because I used to weigh in on Thursdays (because I started the plan on a Thursday), but I like being in on the Sunday thing....but all in all - it doesn't really matter!! We still read this post whenever a new one is added so we'll catch up with you later if you decide not to switch over! Anyway - 2 lbs is great for 1/2 a week!! YEAH!
Emma - You're doing soooooo GOOD! 17 pounds gone already!! You gotta luv it!!
ljm - See....I told you I would keep the door open to the 30# club!! I'm soo happy we're here together now....we are still right on track with each other!!

Seaside - glad you're weather is clearing up!! That's funny about the bathroom door (WD-40)....made me laugh - but I would have probably done the same thing! You'll be at the 20# club soon!

This week, I've been doing ALOT better getting ALL 5 supplements in - rather than 4. Nancy made up a little schedule (THANKS!!

So, for any of you who have been struggling to get in all 5 supplements - TRY HARDER - it does help....which is so weird - cuz you would just think eating more would make you lose slower....but I understand the whole "balance of nutrients" stuff. I think my biggest downfall was not eating within an hour of getting up, which must really help in getting the metabolism going for the whole day.
Well, here's to a great week for this big bunch of losers!!
