Up 4 pounds and not supposed to be off the steroids until Wednesday. I just had to see what the damage was and this helps me remain accountable.

Good to be accountable, BIKI. This little ordeal will be over soon, and back to the good stuff for you.
Grats for taking this like you do...I admire your spunk!

Today, I'm at 131#, down about 1.5# from last Sunday.
I hope to check back later today after all the activities going on with us...
expecting to see some good reports.

Down 4/10. Yeah, I should be grateful, blah blah blah.

Seriously, though, at least I didn't have to post a gain (not any reflection on you, Biki, your gain is completely different!). Trying to be positive is not working real well for me this morning - I'm stressed about some other activities going on today.

Have to go apparently....

I had a pretty good week in spite of a lot of temptation. I hit the scale at 267 putting me 5lbs down for the week. Time to make some MF eggs for breakfast and have a cup of coffee.

-2 for me.

Biki, only gaining 4# during a course of prednisone is great. It shows that you are continuing to do the program during this time and I am guessing (and hoping!) that you'll see a very nice drop of not only the 4# but some more, once you are totally off the meds. I'm not a dr. and never played one on t.v. :? But I did stay at a Holiday........................ ;)

Congratulations to all! Another week on program, whether stall, gain or loss is something to have pride in.

I recently discovered my scale was lying to me! It was saying that I was about 8-10 less than what I really was! Huge disappointed, made me want to binge! I cheated--but for only one day, then I got back right on track. I discovered, it is easier to stay on MF than it is to start MF--if that makes sense.

Anyway, now I have a brand new scale instead of my old cheap one. This morning I weighed in at 161, so that's -5 pounds for me, with a grand total of 24 pounds, putting me in the 20 pound club please!

I know I will reach my goal weight! :-P

Thanks a bunch Tawanda. Congrats on the loss and you FINALLY caught me! We weigh the same. I had a feeling it would happen eventually. I like us being normal together! :bow: :hug:

I am down 4.4 lbs this week. The biggest change implemented this week was exercising for 15 mins a day on my elliptical or the leisure 1/2 mile walks with my dog.

My sincerest wishes to all for a successful week and for good health.
