Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

Down 4.2 for the week. I am finding shakes that I like. I am getting into a better routine. I am starting to exercise some also. :D

Hello, all. Congrats for showing up and being accountable, whatever your situation ! I did read through the thread and more than just cheering each other on, I just have a sense of ... "well, here we are. We know what to do individually, and I see you and you doing it, too." If that makes an ounce of sense ... LOL (*in serious need of sleep*).

I got back from my trip earlier than expected -- not much sleep in me, but I did weigh in this morning and I am at 170, even. That puts me down a half pound since Friday morning. I will take it !

That makes total sense to me. Any time the Diana or I have gone off plan, we find it more difficult to get restarted. The best thing is to just not go off. We always remind each other that we will have the stuff after the weight is off.

We've been at the TSFL convention... had a wonderful time... we are nso excited for the changes to come. The BeSlim club will soon be available online.. and tons of other new stuff coming.
If you aren't a TSFLer, I would recommend it.. just makes sense. :roll:

Congrats all. Diana and I are recommitting ourselves to getting our weight off. Prayers/good thoughts accepted. ;)

Pink, I lost my club status once too. But in a little while I had it back. It still felt humiliating, even though this board is nothing but supportive. Just keep on doing what you know is right and that weight should be coming off soon. :hug:

I second (or third or fourth :lol:) the congratulations to everyone who checked in--for their accountability to the others. No one 'has' to post in roll call, but it is just another tool to help keep us heading in the right direction and I appreciate every available tool to help me continue to be successful. I'm happy to see so many others who are posting their week's results, too. If you are just reading roll call but not participating---please consider doing it next week....it may just help you get through the week a bit easier.
