132.9# this morning...I'm sticking in there about the same, up and down each day, but maintaining, nonetheless.

Down 2.6 pounds.

Amazing what staying compliant does!
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

uuuggggggghhhhhh. down 3.6 this week but this week i haven't even been close to compliant. not that our meals werent on plan but we had our niece here this week and our friend has his mother and niece and nephew here. A little bite here a little bite there and first thing u know your off plan. Plus we ate out about 4 times this week didnt eat any fish and very little chicken.

Well its a new week and things will be better

I have to go to Corpus this week. has anyone flown in the last few weeks and if so have you had any problems taking your meals on the plane. I have 45 min from the time we land to get to the meeting so i cant check anything

Was A restart week for me. But I am excited. Woo Hoo. Love the 100 day challenge. That is what is getting me going. Starting my 7th day of the challenge :D

I started July 1st at 176 pounds, today I weigh 159!!!!! That's 17 pounds lost! I can now be a part of the 10 pound club!

I actuall lost more weight the second week compared tot he first week. That was weird--but whatever, I'll take it!

I am successful on Medifast! I am loosing weight and I will be at my goal weight before I know it (although I don't really have a goal weight yet).

I am curious what my body will look like after I loose the weight. I am 5 feet 2.5 inches. I am loosing the weight I gained from having a baby. I am scared that once I loose the weight I will have one of those extremly pudgy stomach that will only go away with a tummy tuck. I am very frightened I will have lots of extra skin on my stomach. At delivery, I weighed about 200 pounds, after giving birth I went down to 180 pounds. Does any body have a similair experience and can tell me if I will have a real flabby tummy after weight loss because my tummy was so stretched due to pregnancy and weight gain? Plus, I am worried that my hips might have widened. If so, does that mean once I loose the weight, no matter what, I will stil look larger than I am because of my wider hips?

I was only off program for 6 days in the hospital and didn't gain any weight, so I can't imagine that much of a difference. In terms of past transgressions, I think I learned lessons I needed to learn about not skipping supplements and I was never off program for more than a day. So maybe I would be lighter but I am fine with the way things are. As I posted in my journal, being at goal scares me a little and I have enough going on as is. I'll just remain compliant and see what happens.

re-weighed this morning and down .4 lbs for week two with PMS, next week should be really good I hope.

Hey Carol - I don't know about the tummy thing yet - I haven't lost enough. But it's been two years since I had my baby anyway so I don't know how telling my results would be in the first place. We'll never be perfect - we may both end up with saggy tummys but we'll be in better shape at least!

Down 5.2 this week. I agree, it's amazing what compliance does for you. I'm on day 8 today, and my daughter had 2 birthday parties today AND we are going to another one later on today for my niece. I cut and served BOTH cakes and did not even lick a crumb or a bit of icing off my fingers. I had momentary pangs but all the compliments I was getting today were a great salve for what ailed me! Plus I had a bar to have while everyone was eating cake - I bet my bar tasted better anyway....

This is my first roll call...

- 5 lbs.

I'm down to 178 from my start weight of 183. So, 5 pounds down for my restart week. Sounds good to me! :)

Thanks to a little nudging, I joined the 100 day challenge. 7 days down, 93 to go! I admit there were a few times I almost had a bite of this or that but THEN I remembered the Challenge! (thx Nickie!)
