I am signing in this morning with my smallest weight loss since starting the program, but it is a loss of 3.8#. I have stuck to this plan since I started and I NEVER cheat but things are showing signs of slowing down.
I am begining to excercise in the evenings with some water aerobics, biking or walking, or a combination of walking and riding. I think this new activity is causing the slowign of weight loss.
However, a week ago I purchased a new belt and within 5 days I was able to go from the first notch to the last, so I took it back and got the 38", not bad from a 46" waist 10 weeks ago.
