I'll start things off - because I'm so excited! :boing: Five pound loss this week puts me in two milestones. 70# club and twonderland!

I had a loss of 4lbs this week putting me at 219! WooHoo I am out of the 220's!!!

Good Morning to all my friends here ! I know I haven't posted to roll call in quite a while and I apoligize for being away for so long. I've been working as a contractor for a couple months now and been living out a suitcase and eating poorly. I got on the scale a couple days ago for the first time in quite a while and the news while not nearly as bad as I thought it would be was still not good. I gained 6 lbs over the last several weeks putting me at 227. The contract position is over and it's time to re-dedicate my efforts. I'll also be posting like I used to.

I hope that everyone has a great week and don't let a bump in the road slow you down.

Hi All,
I didn't check in last week because I was out of town. I did lose 2 lbs last week and 5 lbs this week. For a total of 34. That puts me in the 30 # club. Yahoo.

Good morning to everyone. I lost 3.5 pounds this week bringing me to 238. I LOVE being in the 230s (but for only a couple weeks of course!)

You're sticking in there and you will see rewards!

One pound gone since last Sunday.
Am I discouraged...NO WAY!

A weight loss tip I read in the morning paper says,
"Health factors, body-fat percentage, and how clothes fit are much better indicators (than the scale) of a healthy weight."

I know! And I proved it yesterday when a shopping 'spree' had me in size 10/12 outfits!
Nothing discouraging about that!

It is amazing to see all the milestones each week in this thread. You all keep me going!!

I am down 2# from last Sunday bringing me to 239. (It is 3# from when DH took the scale away.) I cant believe I have lost 23 pounds with no effort.

Jen and I started around the same time at the same exact weight and it is cool to see we are losing at the same pace.

Blessed Sunday to all. Greetings from the foggy and cool Nor California coast! A whale watching trip awaits us in about 3 hours...I've been up for a couple already...not that I'm excited or anything.

Mike and I talked about bringing the scale to Monterey...then left it at home and didn't turn back.

To all: congratulations on another week of living your best life, pursuing health, regaining your true self. It is truly my favorite time of the week to read all the victories regardless of scale report.

I am signing in this morning with my smallest weight loss since starting the program, but it is a loss of 3.8#. I have stuck to this plan since I started and I NEVER cheat but things are showing signs of slowing down.

I am begining to excercise in the evenings with some water aerobics, biking or walking, or a combination of walking and riding. I think this new activity is causing the slowign of weight loss.

However, a week ago I purchased a new belt and within 5 days I was able to go from the first notch to the last, so I took it back and got the 38", not bad from a 46" waist 10 weeks ago.
