Wow, Drama Queen, congratulations!!!!

As for me, still inching my way there. Down 1.4 for the week, plus half an inch off my lower abdominal area and half an inch off my waist.

Hello everyone! Congrats on another successful week! We have had a great deal of company, so I've missed posting. However, I've still been shaking away. I'm down to 208 which is 19 lbs in the last 3 weeks!! :kool:
And 49#'s from my orig. start weight when I first began in January.. Woohoo!!

Well I waited a day to post because yesterday I was suffering from an accidental over-salty dinner on Saturday and the water-retention and illness that followed. As of this morning, 314, for a total loss of 4.2 since last Sunday. A loss of .4 since Saturday and a loss of 1.6 since Sunday.

Hope everyone else had a great week and loss too.

Well, I'm very unhappy to report that I'm up 14.8 lbs  &.

I have been on and off the plan so many times in the last month and it is really getting old. Switching jobs really created problems and situations that required eating and then I was not strong enough to get back on the horse, right away. Today, I'm back on 100% and ready to get to that @#*$ ONEderland that everyone keeps talking about. Keeps eluding me, but I know it exists.

Ark, I'm so sorry, but I'm glad to hear you're back. It's definitely rough when so much in your life is changing. I went through similar problems when I moved here for my new job, although thankfully it didn't take me quite as long.

You can do it, though. We all know you well enough to know you can.

Thanks, DogMa ~ I'm hopeful that I can get back on track with minimal difficulties. The person that's training me on nights is supposed to take me to dinner a couple of times and I'm just gonna say NO!!!

I've been bouncing around between 204 - 218 for over a month and I've just had it ... No more excuses!!!

You can do it Ark! I'm sure at this point anyone would understand if you were like, you know, I've been eating out way too much lately, and I'd be much happier if we just had coffee or something. (I seem to remember you like to have a latte with skim milk sometimes?)

And I'm right with you on needing to stick to plan! We can both do it! WOO. Let us remember that we live in one of the (used to be?? don't believe it!) fattest cities in the US and strive not to be one of the statistics.

Sarya ~ You have a very good memory. I HAVE to have my two latte's every day so I think that I could easily squeak through this situation. Since I'm working 11p - 7a (and the cafe is not open overnight), she said she would be taking me to a few breakfasts. I think this situation is easily manageable. Thanks for your vote of confidence!!!

Hi everyone!!! Congratulations on all the great losses!
I weighed in today at 235.5, for a loss of 3.5 pounds for the week!!! Yeah!

I can't believe how easy the weight is coming off! I can't wait until I see the 220's though, and then the 210's... Actually, I'm just dying to get to onederland, it's been so long. I'm looking forward to the journey.

Happy fasting!!!
