Good morning everyone!
I just stared Medifast today, but I wanted to post my start weight and then hopefully next week I will be back to post a big loss! I am beginning at #230, which I have been maintaining for about six months.

FINALLY after staying the same for several weeks, I did something different this week (had my L&G for lunch instead of dinner for a few days) and was rewarded with a 3 lb. loss!!!! 64 lbs. total !

Good Morning Everyone! :wave:

Its been awhile since I've been both on the boards AND on the program!
But.......

I'M BAAAAAAACK!!!

We were on vacation for the entire month of July (which is no excuse) just an explanation :oops: I "deviated" from the program some in the beginning... then just totally went off! Its almost as if I was posessed by the evil food demon :twisted:

I am happy to say that I only (?) gained 5 lbs in a little over a month. I am now realizing as I type this that I was still somewhat watching my intact - proud to say! Guess I AM learning to change my ways :D

Anyway, I am back on program 100% and plan on being back with the Onederland gang ASAP ;)

Now that I am back, I realize how much I've truely missed all of you and this wonderful suport system :cheermed:

Good Morning Losers

After no loss last week, I'm excited to report I lost 4.5 this week - YAHOO!! :yes:

I am holding steady at 201.5. It's my totm so I've spent all week yo-yoing. I may actually put the scale away for the next month and not weigh myself. I'm feeling frustrated lately with my inability to completely follow the plan and with the yo-yo weight. So maybe a month of not weighing but paying very close attention to plan is what I need.

It was a good week. 5lbs down total. It was nice to get off a plateau and see the scale move a little quicker.

Happy to see all the great reports!!! And welcome back to some!

No loss to report this week - dear "auntie" came to visit the other day. I'm sure that's the problem - I've kept to the plan otherwise. Normally there would have been a gain. So I'm happy to be them same as last week!!!

Looking forward to next Sunday already!

I had been stuck at 291 since last Saturday, but my plateau ended just in time for this weeks roll call. I'm down four pounds, bringing me to a total loss of 93.

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been posting, but with helping people from the flooding last month, my 1 acre garden and the 100 bushes of blueberries...well, I hope you understand. :oops: Anyway, I have been doing great. I weighed this morning and I'm at 192. I'm way behind and I need to be in the 40# club, please Unce, lol. I hope everyone is doing well. I can say this, I have more energy this summer than I've had in years. I've gathered a multitude of berries. No I haven't eaten any. I told myself "next year with some yogurt". Hubby said my garden has looked the best it ever has and the tomatoes are wonderful.

I can't thank Medifast enough for my success. It has given me a new outlook on life.

I wish everyone good health, but I know if you're using Medifast you have that!

Buenos Dias and congrats to everyone! Losers, losers everywhere!

Smarti--you are an ankle weight away from being at goal! Not even the pair, just one! How exciting is that?

This week, most of which was spent at a hotel because our A/C broke and our temps here were as high as 113 (Yikes!), I had to resort to L&Gs that I did not make myself, so who really knows...y'know? Nonetheless, I managed to lose 3.5 lbs. for a total of 22.5 lbs--in 3 weeks! Yah me!!!!

Week 1: 13 lbs
Week 2: 6 lbs
Week 3: 3.5 lbs

MF rocks!

Hope everyone has a fantastic week--our temps are finally below 100, so at least I'm back at home now...
