1 pound this week. Total - 107! Still goin' strong and still loving this plan. :mrgreen:

Congrats to all of you losers and shakers.

Milestone of the week: I'm now officially "overweight" according to the BMI charts. WAAAHOOOOO.

I just got back from Bermuda yesterday and am sad to say I gained 5 pounds. I adjusted my ticker. So I am back up to 158 from 153. And I am back on plan today.

But I did enjoy the food... and Bermuda is beautiful.

Hello Everyone!

Jerry lost 2 lbs. this week bringing him to a total of 114.5 lbs. gone in 25 weeks! He is only 27.5 lbs. from his goal and has gone from wearing 4XLT/5XLT shirts and 46/48 inch waist pants to now wearing XL shirts and 38" pants! There are so many people now who do a double take because they don't even recognize him.

I have lost 3.5 lbs. this week bringing my total flabbage loss to 86 lbs. in 25 weeks! I am 32.5 lbs. from goal and have donated my old 4X tops and 3X/4X pants in favor of my XL tops and size 14 pants!

We are leaving for a family vacation next Saturday so will miss next weeks 'Sunday Roll Call' but can't wait to read of everyone's successes when we return. I can't believe we are going WHITE WATER RAFTING! That is something we never would/could have done before our weight loss.

Good morning all you losers! And CONGRATS to EVERYONE for any and all successes his week, maintainers and for just sticking with the plan and kicking this flab in the bootay!

With a zilch loss last week and changing things up a bit this week to help kick things into gear again, I am down 3.3 lbs from last Sunday. So close to the 60# club I can taste it! Image

After not much scale movement the past few weeks, this morning it showed a loss of 3 lbs!! That is a total of 20lbs gone!! Image

Congrats to all the Losers!!
Everyone here is a winner even if we are at a plateau or had a small gain. We are all working towards a better goal!!Image

266.4 lbs today. I'm not sure what I'm down for the week since I did not weigh last Sunday (I was out of town) but my total since I started Medifast exactly two weeks ago is just under 14lbs lost.

I'm pleased to report that I've dropped 3 pounds this week!!

Just 7 more pounds to go to reach a normal BMI!!!

Just 25 more pounds to reach goal!!!

We can do this and we deserve it!!!

Well after having a super bad day and some other little cheats in the earlier part of the week, I expected to gain but not this week. Im down another pound to 208. Bringing my total loss to 22 pounds. Conragts to everyone who maintained or loss or just stayed on plan. Im back on plan and this is day number 2 of complete compliance!!!!

Down one pound since last Sunday Roll Call! Scale at 141.4 #!
In striking distance of my next mini-goal of 140#, and then on to GOAL!

Great losses this week. Welcome back BeachBaby, I bet that 5 pounds from vacation drops right off now that you are back.

Well after all my whining and crying last week I am down 4 pounds. I need to change my siggy still. Last Sunday I was 245 and this sunday 241. I have been at 241 for 3 or 4 days now but thanks to people like Jo I know not to fret.

It also puts me solidly in the #20 club for the last few days....after I posted I saw Unca already changed me. Sneaky man, I didnt even know you noticed to change it. Thanks!

Down another 3.5 from 2 weeks...I didn't weigh last sunday. Water weight and me, isn't pretty. soooo...I'm getting there...slowly but surely I'm getting there.

According to my log at mymedifast I am down 3 pounds but I looked at my journel here and I put I weighed 166 last sunday which would mean I am down 4 lbs this week. Either way it was a GREAT week for me. I weighed in at 162.4 this morning.

Congrats to everyone this week and for those not lossing or gaining hang in there.
