Congratulations to all losers, maintainers and everyone who is now back on track!!

I posted during the week when I sailed over the 40# to a new club and half-way mark to goal. Today, I have maintained same. ;) :D

:goteam:

Everyone is doing fantastic!!

I decided to go ahead and post even though I restarted Wednesday. It isn't a full week of losing but I'll be on track for future Sundays.

Happy to say I lost
4 pounds. Makes me wonder why I let "life" get to me and stopped before. But, at least I have maintained my original loss and I can't wait to get the rest off.

So glad you all are still here. So many inspiring lives to help see each other through!

Congrats to all!

I am down 1.2 since last Sunday. I am getting close to goal, but I think the smaller loss is from some salty L&G the past couple days. I am thinking of lowering my goal, because I know that once I go on maintenance, I will gain a few pounds just from water and glycogen stores...hmmm.

Dowm .5 for the week which I am actually pretty pleased about. we spent 3 days at an amusement park starting last Sunday. And I spent about 4 days off plan. So all in all....I will take a small loss. I am closing in on the 70# club. Hopefully next week.....my goal is to be in the 240's by Aug. 14th. That is when we leave for the Dominican Republic.

Good to see a lot of losers out there. Here is to another positive week!

Well, I may as well post today instead of waiting for tomorrow. I'm still around 134.4, so I think the same as last week and up a pound from before I start working out hard. But considering the muscle I've been building - which I know because I can now lift the 35-bottle cases of water from Costco with no trouble - I'm OK with it. Or trying to be OK with it. I'm also seeing a change in my midsection thanks to all the abs work I've been doing.

So today I measured, and I think from now on my roll call posting might be my measurement changes rather than my weight changes.
