Well, I'll post to be accountable....no loss, but no gain this week (it's because of TOM, I think), in spite of compliance. I think since my losses are so sloooowwww, I'll stay off my scale for a few weeks. Hopefully, I'll have something good to report at Rollcall then.

Congrats to all you "losers"!

Hurrah for being in roll call! At least it's not like those meetings of old where women were stripping down as much as they could to try to show some sort of loss . . . At least, I've heard stories about those kinds of meetings. No, at this roll call, we get to strip down in the privacy of our own bathrooms!

Okay. Now I'm just being goofy. But seriously, folks, I've got a loss of .6 lbs this week. Let's hear it: Oooooooh, ahhhhhhh! Well, a loss is a loss, so I won't complain. Hopefully next week's number will be slightly more impressive.

Here's to another week of shakin' and losin'.

(Had to edit, because I spelled it "here" instead of "hear." *sigh*)

Hello, fellow sojourners!! Isn't this a great program?? Doesn't it feel good just to feel good? Aren't we just the most gorgeous bunch ON the internet?? I love reading the roll call every week as we share our celebrations and struggles. You all inspire me! And look at all those trakcers!! There are so many that are just fractional steps away from goal, or half way, or just moving so determinedly onward!

DAYNA!!!! WE MATCH!!!! Go figure!

Loss of 0.6 -- but at least it's still a loss! I'm so grateful for our digital scale!! This hasn't been a stellar month regarding the scale, overall. But you know what? I FEEL thin, so who cares if the scale's taking it's time! My body's changing (wish I had take measurements...) I know I'm still roughly the size of a baby cow, but I feel darn-near svelt! (Must be the make-over and incredible feedback.)
Here's to our mutual success! :buddies: --Diana

I'm down 2 pounds this week, which I am REALLY happy about. I had that one off-plan day back on 7/3 and was up 4 pounds until the day before yesterday and then, poof, it all went away and took two more pounds with it! I will never stray again!!!

Congrats to everyone for sticking it out for one more week!

Take care,
TT

I'm a little late, but I'm down to 285.5 I started the week technically at 306, so that is technically a 20.5 pound loss. We'll call it 5.5 though, since 291 is where I was before I decided to cheat the week of my birthday.

I am happy to report a 4 pound loss to 154 (after being up one pound last week)!

Only one more pound until a new club and an accomplished mini-goal!

Finally the ticker is moving again. Don't know how much I've lost b/c I had a big weight gain for the week I went off-plan. All I know is that I've been back on-plan for awhile and ONEderland is almost here!!!

Ok, I am late, but yesterday I did weigh. I am down 1.8 lbs since last week. I believe I am closing in on a plateau, since my losses these last 2 weeks have been down. Oh well, still over 76 lbs.

Well, heck, I'm UP a pound from last week. I think it's either the extreme heat here or the increase in weight training or a combination of both. I've also been much more tired lately (which also coud be the heat, the workouts or both).

I've already been eating seven times a day, which has helped me tremendously. That was before the workouts, though, so as of yesterday I'm trying to add yet another meal every day to see if it helps. My weight was up this morning, but I definitely had a little more energy and was able to get through a whole cardio workout. So I'm going to give it a few more days. I REALLY don't want to give up on the weight training at this point.

I'll keep measuring, too. I can deal with the small gains on the scale, if my measurements go down.
