Boy oh boy I get to be first today. Down 2.9 for the week.
Onderland is still just on the horizon. :D

And I get to be second......always the bridesmaid, never the bride, lol.

I have a 3 pound loss to report this week......total 106! Yippeeeee!

Congrats in advance to all of you losers and shakers and maintainers.

Milestone of the week: All of the 16's are history and the 14's are baggy.

Congrats to everyone - for just sticking with it (even if you are coming back from going "off plan")!

I am down 3 pounds this week, and into the 60 pound club! I am 6 pounds away from twonderland. I haven't seen that since I was pregnant with my daughter four years ago.

I am down 4 this week for a total loss of 104 and my official 6 month stats are 90 pounds on MF!

With tears in my eyes I report weeks end gain of 1 pound. I havent strayed from the program at all.

Mostly great reports so far ... congrats guys! Jenn - I feel for ya, I know it's tough to see a gain, but don't be discouraged by the numbers. Keep on being faithful to the program and the pounds WILL come off.
I get to move my ticker this week! I'm down 3 pounds in week 43 for a total of 118 pounds outta here.

WOW. Congratulations to all the above, and those coming after.
You are reporting for ROLL CALL, which means you are accountable whether you lost, maintained or barely hanging on! GREAT ON YOU!

Down 1 pound 1 oz this a.m. from last Sunday.
A total of 52.6# total.
My ticker doesn't count ounces so it remains at the 52 pound mark.
But a shopping spree yesterday, (really more like a shopping slow dance) put me in a size 12 pant...without elastic. The first in a loooooooooong time!

So hang in there all. Commitment and Accountability is the name of the Game!

The last Sunday rollcall in June I was at 208.5 Then my birthday and vacation happened. Today I am at 206.

I am happy to report a loss for this week of 7# for a grand total of 42.9# which now puts me solidly into the 40# club.

For those out there that have strayed off track or reported a gain, just a personal history,,,three weeks ago I reported a gain of 8.6# after a 3 day vacation and not sticking to MF,,,but, after getting back on the program, I havve had losses of 9.2# and 7# for the last two weeks.

Keep with it, the plan simply works if you follow it. I have been using one little phrase to get me through the hard times,,,"You can't expect to lose weight and not be hungry." This one sentence keeps me going and it is so true, it works for me.

:lol: Good Morning ... This past "first" week gave me a 6 lb loss; which definately helps the motivation! I'm sure most of that is water, so we'll see how week #2 goes. I have three sisters, all of us are in our 50's, and I am so very thankful that they are all supportive of me being on the program.

Congrats to all of you, and Jo what a wonderful milestone :). Hang in there Jenn, staying compliant is a big accomplishment in and of itself, no matter what the scale reads.

I am down another 3.5# this week, giving me a total loss of 22 lbs in 21 days. YAY !!

Ok....only 1.5# this week, but, it puts me in the 40# club!!!!!

Congrats on all you losers and maintainers.

I lost 1 pound this week and that was on Tuesday. I will take it. TOM surprised me. Was on time for the first time since starting MF.
