100# club for Lisa, :D 50# club for Lizabette, 8) (who also happens to be my "Maja") 11# WEEKLY loss for Mr. Disney Mike ;) ........and on and on!!! You people are all absolutely phenomenal!! The committment you all have made and the progress you are all now enjoying is just amazing!!

I'm a "newbie", and after only 5 days, I've lost 4.4#!!! I've never done that on weight loss program before!! :yes: Thanks to all of you for being so inspiring!!!

CONGRATULATIONS Lisa!!!! 100 pounds of flab gone forever!! You are amazing and such an inspiration to all of us here on the Forum!! Congratulations to everyone else this week who hit new clubs, stayed compliant and posted such great losses. I'm so proud to be a part of this group of losers!! As I am getting so close to goal, my losses have slowed. Small loss for me this week, only .8 of a pound but it's a loss so I'll take it. Only 4.6 pounds to go. Hopefully, I'll be there by August 1!

Well, I got past the doldrum... finally started losing again :yes:
I'm down 2.2 lbs this week for a total of 47.4. :cheers:

Wow! I am so impressed at everyone's progress! And Lisa, you are unbelievable! 100# club already!! Wooohooo! Yippee for Lisa! :mrgreen: I'd give ya some dancin' bananas but for some reason I can't get them to come up on the screen. :? And Lizabette is in the 50# club!!? Way to go Silver Fox!!

Well, true to form, I hit another long plateau only to drop a few pounds in one week. Four pounds this past week (I think it's been a week, I weigh every day and lose track of the days) for a total of 54. Won't hit my goal of 75 lbs. by Aug. 1 but I'm not going to complain! I can almost get out of my 14 jeans without unbuttoning and unzipping them! :D

Congrats to ALL of you skinny losers! :mrgreen:

BIG Kudos to everyone! There seems to be so much success this week!

I weighed myself this morning for thefirst time since the 10th of June! I am so happy to report a 15lb loss!
That puts my into the 30 club...and I do believe the 40 club is just a few
wee pounds away!

Lisa!!!! AWESOME GIRL!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! You should feel a great sense of accomplishment and pride in what you have and are accomplished!!

Lizbette!!!! So happy for you on reaching the 50# club you are such a sweetheart and I always enjoy reading your inspirational post. :)

Congratulations to everyone on reaching milestones, maintaining or even of you gained a little or only lost a little..cause if your still trying your still winning and you will beat this battle of the bulge!!! "If at first you don't succeed, try, try AGAIN!" Good rule to live by. ;)

My kids have been in Florida for about 2 weeks with my parents. Hubby and I snuck away for a quick little getaway to visit my brother and his wife in Lorain, Ohio last Sunday and stayed over till Thursday late. Had a great time there and LOTS and LOTS of positive feedback ranging from my brother repeating "Oh my God" over and over then informing me my boobs were bigger :roll: My sister in law all 117 pounds of her started Screaming and jumping up and down, hugging me and just kept saying " you look so different I can't stop looking at you" She is Fillipina and teeeeny so it was a really satisfying reaction.lol Also, they had a get-together and lots of people there who I have met but didn't know I was dieting...I got lots of "you look different, did you cut your hair?" and straight up" you lost a lotta weight, you look great" too one woman noting that she didn't realize Johnny(my brother) had more then one sister...lol I was off-plan most of the time I was there and came back home with a 3 pound gain(I think water) but since Thursday I have lost that 3 and 2 more bringing me down to 204.
Hubby was at 250 last week and weighed in at 249 today but he took eating "off plan" at my brtothers VERYYY "seriously. lol

I am also on prednisone for a week, at least(still gotta follow up with my doc) for a severe allergic reaction I had to avelox(antibiotic) full body hives, itchies and a trip to the ER at 1:20 am on the evening we arrived home from my brothers. fun stuff.

Anyway, sorry so long but thats whats been going on here at the old homestead. :-P

What an amazing roll call this week! 100# club, 50# club, halfway milestones, whoa!

I am down 1.2 this week. I'm very happy with that considering I had a really bad cheat on 4th of July and it is riiiiight before my T.O.M. Hopefully I'll break into the 150s next week, wooo!

Ew, Gina, sorry to hear about the hives and the prednisone. I HATE HATE HATE being on that stuff - I always feel slightly disconnected from reality.

Congratulations to everyone for getting in here and staying accountable! I've finally hit the 70 lb club. I have no idea what I've lost in the last week, because with travelling my weigh-ins have been totally inconsistent. But, I'm now at 189, and heading into the last 49 lbs with fierce determination. Although, perhaps I'll adjust that goal down a little more, as I get closer. I did kind of randomly pick 140 because it JUST put me in the normal BMI range. :mrgreen:

As to the 70 lbs lost (86 total since last August), my hubby and I were looking at our rather substantial black lab, and discussing that I'd been living life with the equivelant of him strapped to me all day. Wow. No wonder I was tired all the time. ;)

Congrats to evryone with their losses, and to those who didnt lose, or might have gained, just hang in there. It can be hard sometimes. Even with a program as easy as this one.Lifes just like that sometimes. I lost 3 lbs this week, but it wont reflect in my ticker because through my ongoing cheat-fest thru the holiday, I managed to get up to 169. Whew, at least I didnt gain up into another club! Anyways, I am back to 166 this morning. I have made a new commitment to myself to really have some will power again. i think one of my biggest problems is stress. I have a business here in Hawaii, that I MUST sell. Because Hubby is in the military, and its almost time for us to be transferred again. Another thing is.....my business is located next door to Papa Johns. And all day long, we have the good smells coming through the walls. Its so hard to resist!When I do give in and order from them, I usually get chicken strips, or wings. Never pizza. I dont give in very often, but some day I am there for the full 11 hours, and it is just easy. Befor when I was losing so well, I was recovering from my hysterectomy, I was home all day long. That made it so easy to be faithful to the plan. At the business, especially if I am the only one working that day, it is hard to eat when I am supposed to. Life sure does have a way of getting in the way, doesnt it? But thats ok, I see the problem, and am aware of it, and Im losing again. And my goal for this week, is for next Sundays weigh in, I will be below the lowest weight on my ticker, so I will feel like I am "REALLY" losing again. Thanks for listening ya'll.

I gained 2 pounds this week, putting me to 160. I'm not going to change my ticker as I think it should be temporary.

I had a 1 lb loss this week. I was disappointed at first until i realized that my "skinny" jeans wouldn't stay up with a belt. So I'll take the 1 lb and be greatful. Congratulations to the losers and everyone else this week. You guys really encourage me!

Carmel and Liz, I'm glad you've updated your avatars! LISA!!! What can I say??? Way too cool!!! And way to go, DAYNA, my littler sister!! Home stretch, here you come!

ok, ok, I can't go name by name -- this is always inspiring, though.

I'm down 4.8 lbs from my last weigh in, for a total of 55.1, and a scale figure of 247.6. I'm FINALLY working on prinicple! And not only that, I FEEL thin. Really! It's amazing! (must be all the jeans Dayna brought me)

Have a great week, all! Remember -- it's TOTALLY worth it!
