hi everyone!!

i just wanted to check in and it is wonderful to see all the losers in the bunch!!!! i wish everyone i great week. i dont weigh again until next friday with my doc but i really love to come on and read the celebrations!!

Hi Everyone - not having a computer to use when I want is killing me!! Maybe this week we'll find the time to get ours at home repaired, since can't always tie up our business computers with Forum fun :D . My message is short this week as I am at my daughter's engagement party at her future inlaws' house. I spotted two computers in their office and timidly ask if I could have take a few moments online :shock: . The party rages on outside the door, and I'm in here devouring the latest post as quickly as possible. From last Sunday, I am down 3.6 for a grand total of 65.5 in 17 weeks. Congratulations to everyone again this week. And Yes, I am definitely having fun :lol: .

Hi late start on my computer today. Everyone is rocking with the weight loss this week. I am down 1 1/4 lbs this week for a 22.25 loss. I think I am going to try and only weight maybe a couple times this week. I am an everyday weigher and I get a little sad when it doesn't move or it goes up and down but told myself today Self 1 1/4 lbs for the week is great. So I am happy. Everyone have a great week. Judy from Iowa (boy is it hot )

Hello Everyone,

I am down 4.4 pounds for the week for a total of 47.2 pounds in 10 weeks! WOW! I was in Cincinnati for a family reunion this past weekend and most of my family has not seen me in at least a year and boy were they surpised. Everyone kept on giving me compliments and asking how I did it. One family member even said that she knows how hard it is to lose weight and she just wanted to acknowledge my hard work. That made me feel really good. Several family members are intrested in starting the plan. Medifast is great!

Hello to everyone!! What an inspiring group we have here this week!! I'm not officially on roll call, but am excited to report that after 4 full days on the plan, I have lost 7 pounds. Woooohooooo........

The first 3 days really weren't that difficult and I'm really enjoying the plan. Will check back in after a full week on the program.

Well it's Monday, and everyone has already posted here, so probably won't check back in........but just in case.........CONGRATS to all you losers!! Wow, everyone continues to do so well here, it's just awesome.

Things have been kind of kooky for me since the end of May. Off and on, and part off and part on plan due to a combination of issues. I either maintained, or gained a pound then lost it during this time. I've been solidly back on track for a bit over a week now and have a total 9 lb. loss to report (I think a couple of those pounds were off last week). Finally in the 60# club.......yahoo :)

I hope I'll be able to post and follow the forum more consistantly now that my summer classes are over.

ShortGirl ~ hang in there - some weeks are like that...you are heading in the southerly direction and that is a good thing!
