Well my LIFE! Can you believe how well everyone has done? I'm so proud of EACH and EVERY one of you!

Size 8? Can you believe it??? I'm so proud of you! I think I'd just die if I could wear an 8! I wouldn't even know what to do if I could actually fit into those vintage clothes again!

30# club, 50# club, 80# club.... I'm just overwhelmed at all the success! I certainly haven't seen these results with ANY other diet I've ever researched. How amazing. (I'm waffling, I know, but I just can't get over it!!!).

As for me... well, my official weigh day is on Wednesdays, but from last Wednesday I'm down 3# for a total of 18.5# in only 18 days! I'm just over the moon and loving every single moment of it. I'm hoping to knock on that 20# club door by Wednesday - please keep your fingers crossed for me!

Monday morning and I'm back at work and at the computer. How depressing not to be able to get online at home . I've just been sitting here laughing out loud at all the amazing success this week. Wow!!! What an encouragement - HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE !!!!!

Yesterday, three people at church asked for the web address for Medifast -apparently my weight loss is becoming obvious! (I use to give the official web site, as well as this one, but I'm sending seekers to MMT exclusively now because of the awesome support I know they'll get coming here).

As I'm typing, I just looked again at the list I scribbled down showing all the new clubs joined and pounds gone and feel overcome with joy for all of us. It feels like Medifast is a secret kept from so many - I just want to grab every tubby I see and drag them here!

For me, its a 2 pound week for a total of 62. There's so much inspiration here today, I think I'm gonna try and change it up a little this coming week to see if I can have one of those great big losses for next Sunday.

Hey Tena congratulations and welcome to the 40# club with me Isn't it a marvelous place? I love what the others before us have done with the place I do notice there are no seats of any kind in here though......guess no one wants to stay long enough to worry about furnishings I know I don't plan to stay long

CONGRATS TO EVERYONE!!!! I am late getting on had busy weekend and mom and dad (They are both 81) were here for the weekend. They live 80 miles away and still drive to visit. Anyway everyone is doing great. I lost 1# this week so I have lost 21lbs. I have been really excited about my weight loss and how I look and I went to a family pool party and not one person in my famliy noticed my weight loss. Pretty sad. I started at 189 3/4 lbs May 14th and I am now in the 160's and I am excited even if no one in my family noticed. My DH has been great as my cheerleader and that is what counts and all of you have helped be so much wether you know it or not. I would love to have a 3 or 4 lb loss in a week but just keep the 1 pounders coming and I will be happy. Anyway thanks for listening to my rambling and GREAT GOING EVERYONE. Judy from Iowa

We started at pretty much the same weight and I can tell you it wasn't until after the 20# mark that people started to notice. Anyday now you will have more compliments that you know what to do with. And on some level it's harder having the compliments. Once you start looking better and feeling better and people start noticing you start giving yourself "permission" to cheat a little here and there........at least some people do.....and alot of people just "think" about it. The point is.....just hang in there.........everything will change overnight and you can count on bigger losses too!

21 # is great!!!!!!!!!!! don't worry if anyone hasn't noticed yet.. They Will soon.. I think its great that your parents are 81 and still drive to visit.. that is a blessing from above.. I only wish my mom would just try to sit up a little longer each day..my advisor's name is Bonnie and she is a real trooper.. Don't know what I would do without hearing from her.. she helps keep me going as do all of the people on this forum... they are greatest group of people..and they really care about each one of us.. Hi Everybody and Congratulations to all of you that have stayed on plan for another week!

I have dropped another 4 pounds since my last post 2 weeks ago, so I am now officially in the 50 pound club---HOORAY FOR ME!!!

I have another tidbit to mention this post. I am definitely adding it to my accomplishment column...this past Saturday I got my bellybutton pierced~~~Yep I did it!!! It was a surprise to Dean and he was completely thrilled when he saw it. I figured, now that I have a tummy that I am proud of, why not reward myself, right?

Anyway...I just thought I would share that with you all.

My husband is against all tattooing and piercing (except ears) and he had a problem with my 3 on one ear and 2 on the other years ago But I also have a tattoo (state of Texas colored like the flag) on my boob (imagine that) lol. He wasn't thrilled but he got over it That's it....I'm not some all out tattooing piercing person.......and I only wear studs in my ears and my tattoo is private for ME

But the belly button piercing.......that is something I have always wanted.......I think it's really cute.......and something only for my "thinny friends". I have a definite rule about "just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD" if you know what I mean Getting that done is something I always said I would do if I ever got a really cute tummy some day. When I mentioned it to Darren he said "Why would you want to do that?" When I explained it to him and he saw that it was the FINISH LINE for me he understood. As soon as I'm all healed up and everything is normal as it should be that is my FINAL REWARD! I'm very excited.......I wanna see pictures of YOU and your BELLY RING....and we never saw pics of Dean either come to think of it!! Come on.....there should be some cute wedding pictures right?? But take one NOW and let's see the PRIZE
