So,
I finally go on the scale this morning...I'm down 1.4lbs or 1.6, can't remember. I'll take it though because Aunt Flo is here and I didn't drink enough water and ate my L & G at restaurants almost all week, so I'm thrilled for any loss at all! I'm very close to crossing over from obese to overweight, so I'm hoping that happens this week!

I'm SO thrilled for Katie and Erica! Woo hoo, welcome to the 40# club! Congrats to Ktrout for the 70# club and congrats to everyone else for losing and maintaining! And as for you Erica...welcome to ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!! This one's for you:

Hard to believe but have lost 23 pounds since tuesday...... I know, I know, sounds unbelievable, I'm fixin to write what happened in my journal.

I lost 1 pound this week. I'm pretty much where I want to be so I won't be posting in the roll call after this week. I love the way I can fall back to MF to get myself in line. :mrgreen:

Minus 1 pound...I can feel that 40# club calling me for next Sundays roll call ! Total lost= 37#

I wish I could lost 23lbs in two weeks just on MF alone that would be nice... I'm happy with my loss for now I'm in it to win it! Congrats to all my fellow losers and WAY TO GO to all the restarters get on track you will feel great in a matter of hours!

OK I am off to a awards conference.

I'm down to 253.2 from 271. Don't know what I'll be when I get back but will do my best while I am gone. Wanted this on record.

Just don't want others to see me do medifast at this event. Back Thursday and I'll be back on course I've done so well. See you all when I get back.

Plan to do 2 lean and green and 3 packs a day.
