I have decided to weigh in tomorrow morning.I weighed in this morning a few times and all were different.So whatever it is tomorrow morning will be it.Everyone is doing great! Hope your weekends were good ones!

Four lbs gone this week. I have been following a modified MF/low carb diet, and it seems to be working better for me. I went through my closet last night, and many things are now too big for me, while others are magically big enough! Lots of people are suddenly noticing - and complimenting - my weight loss. And, according to the BMI charts, I am only 5 lbs from being a healthy weight for my height! I am stoked! Have a good week everyone! And keep on keeping on with what works for you!! By swimsuit season, we're all going to be hotties (or at least hot enough ;) )!

Congrats to everyone. Looks like alot of losers on here ;)

I'm just hanging in right now, hopefully the scale will move next week. :mrgreen:

Congratulations to all who have lost or maintained. I lost 6lbs this week and I also find it weird to want to say "only" six but that is a lot of weight for one week especially with TOM knocking on the door!

Weighed once only on the scale this morning and I am down 2lbs. :)

Congratulations to everyone for being accountable!!! This is a great Roll Call!

Greetings from Maintenance Land!!! I've been missing in action for many weeks due to computer problems, busy work schedule, the Holidays and being cast as "Aunt March" in a new production of "Little Women - The Musical".

Welcome to all the Newbies and the Restarts!! Congratulations on making the commitment to become a healthier YOU!!! MF works if you work the MF plan!

My one year anniversary of starting MF is fast approaching and I can't believe how quickly this year has gone. Thanks to MF my aches and pains are gone from carrying around those 60 extra pounds. Walking is such a joy now and I have so much more energy.

Just remember...You can do anything for 3 hours...one packet at a time. You are going to reach goal this year!!

Sorry for the late weigh in here, Had to go to a funneral yesterday and got the news that Two more people my Husband & I knew very well passed away yesterday, so we have been out all day on Sunday. I weighed this morning and I am showing a 7.2 pound loss for the week. :) Almost to that 20 pound club! WHOHOO!

Good Job to everyone this week. :goteam:

This is my first roll call! And I am happy to report that I am down 2 lbs. for a total loss of 5 lbs!!!
