Wait for someone else to call out the marching bands for, I lost TWO pounds. I feel like saying only two pounds but that is not fair-after all I cheated, dealt with my consequences and maybe some one else lost the same or less. It's just one Sunday out of many. I estimate I have about 8 months left so I have a few more opportunities to excite myself and others at roll call! I got up at 5 and wanted to sleep away some more pounds but was too awake...May the Magic Sleep Fairy visit all of you still dreaming! Here's to a great weigh-in and week to follow. :| well I knew it would happen sooner or later. Of course I was hoping for later. I think I have hit my first plateau. The scale did not move this week. ( I tried 3 different times this morning. ;) ) I will not let this bother me too much. I have been on this weight loss merry-go-round too many times to let a plateau get me down. Soooooo, I will stay on program this week and shake off the plateau for next Sunday.

Well it's my first weigh in, the Medifast will begin to flow through my system Monday...drinking extra water seems to have brought a magic loss because I am down 4 lbs. 259....may I see 249 soon, have not seen THAT in 3 years. Onward and downward :coach:

Im super excited this morning. :yes: This is my first roll call since returning. I have lost 3.2# since Wed. (which was my weigh in day) for a total of 11.4# :whoohoo:

Congrats to everyone this morning. Regardless of what the scales say, we are all successful this morning because we are in control of food instead of food controlling us. :goteam:

Down 4lbs to 212.... time to put the scale away til next sunday... hope i can actually do that.

also, puts me in the 20# club... finally!

Good morning! Congratulations on your losses and for sticking with the program.

I did not lose any pounds this week. I am on plan but I have started going to the gym every day and doing more intense sessions while there. I am losing inches but want the weight to continue to fall.

My hair is still falling out AND new hair is not growing. I know it is not my hormones or thyroid because of the recent test results. So what is causing it? I have been using Nioxin, taking fishoil, primrose oil, biotin and a hair & nail vitimine but there has been no improvement. The hair loss just keep getting worse and worse. I have checked other postings on this forum regarding hair loss but have not seen an answer to WHY I started losing my hair (like many other Medifast users) after being on the program for about 5 months. I would appreciate any additional advice from anyone that knows why or has had the same problem and solved it.

Good morning all! Down 4.3 pounds this week putting me at 194.6!! Total loss since May of last year 145.4#'s!! Just 4.6 until goal!!:kool:

Well, better than it should be due to cheats and not enough water....will have to try harder. Still had a 3 pound loss though down to 341

All I can say is that I stick to the plan and RARELY cheat! and when I do cheat, I see the negative results, but I get right back on!!! Thanks for the compliment!! :D

Well, this is a very interesting roll call ! Congrats to all you losers, maintainers and those who are showing up to stay accountable !

I have a big loss to report this week weighing in at 169.5 this morning, giving me a whopping 5 pound loss for the week :shock:.
