Wow! Some awesome losses!!! Way to go all of you! Even if you just maintained! You are sticking with the program and reminding all of us that some weeks, even with compliance, you just don't lose weight. I do record my inches weekly though as well, to remind me the weight isn't always so important.

I have lost 1.5 pounds this week, of the 3 pounds i gained while sick. I have a feeling my body believes I am still in starvation mode, and possibly it was working on completely getting well. I truly believe i will hit the 220s by next weigh in (2.5 pounds to lose for that). I will change my ticker as I believe it still shows my pre-sick weight.

Thanks to all for posting to the forum in all the areas -- you really inspire and motivate so many others with it! I would never have stuck to this diet without this forum!

I am reporting a 1lb loss!!

Kudos to losers, big and small, maintainers too and those holding on and staying on plan even when the scale won't budge.

Congratulations to all!

This is going to sound bad but I can't remember how much I have lost this week...I have struggled a little bit BUT the BIG news is that I have now reached a new GOAL!!!!! ONDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!! WoooooHooooooo! I am so proud of myself and so happy with this diet! I haven't been in Onderland for at least 10 years so I am thrilled with this and know that I am well on my way to getting to my goal weight!

Good job, all. I'm still maintaining, usually under goal (except for fluctuations or times when I've eaten out). I doubt I'll be checking in next week, because I'll most likely still be in LA, taking care of my uncle.

Another 2 lbs this week :) Hopefully I can stay at this pace and I'll be able to have some fruit for my birthday (end of March) in wonderful maintainance land.

Ok, I'm going to use this roll call fess up. I went off plan on December 10 and was not able to get passed one day on plan since then. I have gained 14 lbs over the holidays. I have now been on plan for 3 days. I am down 8 lbs in 3 days. I know its water weight, but I the fact that I'm on plan for a solid 3 days without cheating is big for me right now.

ooooo.... congrats for showing up and being accountable, Elizabeth :). And congrats for losing those 8 pounds. Stick with it, you are doing the right thing :). And, stay around, rain or shine.

Well, I feel a little guilty saying this, but I lost 1.7 pounds this week by some miracle (got that digital scale, Karli). I believe it was God giving me a loving hug this week - forgiving me for my bad choices and showing me I can follow the right path if I try harder. Sounds corny but there's just no way I should have lost anything after this week.

It's nice reading the roll call - I feel so happy for everyone! Congratulations!

Happy to have you here, Nickie. Also, I will admit that I am quite happy that you got the digital. I think it's much more fun :mrgreen:. Congrats on being here, and a loss is a loss. Take it and accept it and keep going :).
