I would love to get there but before I did Karli's churchlady friends would do an intervention on me. (I was extremely eating disordered.)

Hi

Postby dede4wd » January 9th, 2007, 1:24 pm

No change this week. I am now starting the second week of my plateau. I'm mixing things up a bit, changing when I have things. I might cut out the bar, I might have an extra shake.

I have plateaued many times before and I know I can wait out my silly body. I'm not discouraged. I have less than two pounds before I am officially NOT OVERWEIGHT! Woo hoo!

I am so proud of everyone who maintained and lost during the holidays! I'm especially proud of everyone that fell over the holidays and got back on. I'm so pleased so many people are starting up here with us!

Let's make this our year!

I restarted the MF program on 1/2/07 and I have lost 9 lbs. The week end was tough but I made it through. The 9 lbs loss is a BIG motivator!

Back to ONEDERLAND!! :whoohoo: Got on the scale this morning...and I lost 9 pounds! Actually, my week is tomorrow, but I couldn't hold myself back. I realize its the first week and a lot of it is water, but still happy with the results.
