I decided to do roll call even though I am not fully on MF and went off for two weeks. Since December 1st I have been maintaining, with only a 1.4 or so gain over Christmas.
Since New Years, I have been watching my portions and using some MF packets.
This morning I happy to report I am down 6 lbs (two that I gained over Xmas and 4 "new" pounds.

I am so happy and grateful as my doctors have been battling over MF and whether I should be on or off. But it seems we have come to a compromise....stay on MF using the packets they choose and upping the caloric intake by adding 1 fruit and an additional cup of veggies.
ANYWHO, Watching that scale dip and dip this week was a relief.
