Sunday Morning Roll Call: January 29, 2006

Join our weekly (Sunday) weigh in.

Postby Dayna » January 29th, 2006, 10:44 am

New weight - 246.2, which means I'm down 3.2 lbs from last Sunday. Not too shabby for a week that involved my monthly friend (so are we all on the same schedule here, or what?!), bronchitis, antibiotics, and sitting on the couch like a lump for several days. Plus, the other evening, I realized I'd pulled down, and then back up, my pants without bothering to unbutton or unzip them. How cool is that! So, just for kicks, I pulled out a pair of my old jeans, size 24, which I haven't even been able to button, forget about zipping, for, oh, probably a good year. Buttoned without hesitation! Zipped without a battle! Hurrah! Time to organize my clothes . . .

Congrats to everyone on another succesful week. And thanks for sharing your thoughts/feelings/triumphs/challenges. You make it easier to keep going with the plan.

(Had to edit it because I accidently put my weight as 146, not 246 . . . does that count as a Freudian slip? )

Good afternoon everyone!

Well, I have had a bumpy first few days back on. I started on Thursday the 26th, but had 2 dinners that were not Medifast-friendly

Curses to you, McDonald's and Reuben sandwiches!
 Hehehehe!

However, instead of constantly adjusting my Start Date to my first "pure" day, I'll just keep it on the day I really got started ripping open those little packets again! :)

So, in 4 days, Thursday-Sunday, I have lost 5 pounds. I'm SURE this is water weight but hey! Gotta get the water off first to get to the pudge!

I am very excited to start this week fresh and stay true to plan. I feel so much more energized and self-confident on MF... much more so than when I'm eating willy nilly!

Congrats to all the losers today!

Thank you for your inspiration!

Hi everyone. Congrats on all your weight loss. This was my first week and I must say I was a little disappointed. I have lost a total of 3lbs. I'm just going to keep on shakin'. It's going to be hard for me this week because Wednesday is my B-day and I have already told everyone not to buy me a cake. We will see how that goes. I hope everyone has a good week!

I'm not sure I knew what Cloud Nine was until today!

Drum roll please......
TOM this past week and all I lost a whopping 7.5 pounds this week!!! Can we all say "ecstatic"?

Honestly....I knew I felt a difference late this week in the way my engagement ring was fitting. I thought maybe it was optimism. I thought to myself, "Cyd, there is just no way your ring feels looser after less than two weeks."

Looks like Cyd was right and wrong all at the same time. :roflmao:

It is with great pleasure that I say....I've made it to the 10# club! I've been waiting a while to say that....feels wonderful!

:birthday: karamel! Enjoy your week and have a wonderful birthday. Try hard not to be disappointed with a 3 pound loss...3 pounds lost is 3 pounds lost, and as long as that scale is moving down, keep your chin up and keep on keepin' on. You are doing great!

Congratulations, everyone, on your losses this week. Thank you all for another week of inspiration and motivation.

Hi - this is my first roll call....I started on Monday - January 23 so I'm one day shy of a week - it hasn't been a bad week - much easier than I thought with the exception of a few muscle cramps!!

My goal is to reach 125 by Christmas - so I have a way to go - but I'm on my way at least!

I lost 6.5 lbs so far......

Congrats to all your losers! Congrats to all who stuck to the plan!! :goteam:

I'm super excited. :cleader: I told my sweety that I had started dieting (again) in September (misc diet) and had lost a whopping 5 lbs by December & managed to gain it all back plus by Dec. 26 :x . Well in 12 days on MF I have lost 7 lbs! :cheerleader: I am ecstatic! What's more ... I put on my size 18 jeans & went to church! Oh yeah baby, that's right, I can wear my jeans! :yay: I'm amazed at how fast & how easy this is happening! God is so good!

I can't tell you how much I appreciate each of you! :yourock: You all give me so much support! THANK YOU! :bighug:

Hi everyone. Looks like you all have had great losses this week! I'm late posting because we spent the weekend in Pittsburgh. I've gotta say, we Steeler fans know how to rev up for a game! There was a big pep rally at the stadium and 30,000 people showed up. It was great fun. We had dinner at a Euro-bistro restaurant and saw a good play, too.....nice to get away. Don't worry, I didn't know what Euro-bistro was before I went there....and I'm still not sure, lol.

I'm posting my loss as of Friday, since I was not home for weigh-in. I lost 4 lbs. for a total of 51 pounds. I'm well over 1/3 of the way to my goal. In fact, in 19 lbs., I'll be half way there! Wow wee, how the time flies!

Hope you all have another successful week.

Roll call-week 2

Postby onehotmommy » January 29th, 2006, 2:09 pm

I am happy to report a 4 lb loss this week! I am thrilled with this seeing as how 2 days in a row, I missed my last supplement (went to bed early, exhausted) and I also had trouble getting my water in on those days. I fell short of the 64 ozs but not by a whole bunch. I am just glad I lost something!

:D
