Can't believe I'm the first one up - (Of course I'm going straight back to bed after this, LOL)

WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FINALLY MADE IT!!!

That's 4.4 for the week, and a total of 68.5, the 70 pound club is right around the corner!

Wish we could all have a party at my place today - I'd serve......you guessed it Dutch Chocolate MF!!!!

WAY TO GO, CARRIE!!!

I can't wait to be out of the 200's. It won't be too long!

My weight loss for this week was 3 lbs. That makes a total of 12 pounds in less than 3 weeks. I'll take it!

Congrats Carrie and Shari. I'm doing great as well, down 14 lbs in 11 days. That's a 3 lb loss so far this week.

BIG BIG CONGRATS to my fellow "Loosers"

My weight "got rid of" instead of "lost" because I don't want to find them again for my second week is 3.5 pounds!

That makes 12 in TWO WEEKS! YIPPEE SKIPPEE!

12 down 103 to go!

I successfully made it thru my birthday last week so NOTHING will stop me from my goal!

I am on day 14 and down 8.2 pounds. I had a bit of a slip up on Friday, but got right back on track and had a nice loss this week.

The scale says I lost only one pound this week. I feel thinner though. I'm sick as a dog right now and Aunt Flo is visiting so I'm guessing that everything got thrown off.

Now back to bed with my bag of tissues and the TV.

Hi Everyone,

Just checking in. I'm doing great so far. I'm very happy to have received my MF bars this week. Having one at work has helped a lot. I'm still not gonna weigh myself. I have a crummy scale anyhow! I'm working up to it though...I probably need ecouragement..hint :hug:

I do know my jeans all fit again (without the OVER-HANG) So I know it's working. Now I need to head on down to my goal. I'm excited for a few more weeks to pass so the jeans will be too big! :D

Congrats to everyone on being losers and triumphing over temptation to head back to the destructive patterns of the past!

Keep up the great effort everybody!

I've lost 7 more pounds so 9 all together my first week.

Wow, out of the 200s! Carrie, congrats! It's news like this of yours that makes me believe that I WILL get there too.

I'm down 4 pounds today, at the end of week 2! That's 18.5 pounds in two weeks!
