Wow! Have I told you guys yet that I LOVE THIS DIET!! I lost 7.9 pounds this week!! I still don't understand how or why I loose 1-2 pounds for a week, maybe two, then w/o doing anything differently, I drop a bunch. However, I am maintaining a 4lb a week average loss which is better than ANY other diet I've been on AND I am still happy and content without cheating. I have never been able to stay true to a diet for this long with out cheating. For all you newbies... stick with it. You won't believe how fast time flies, taking lots of poundage with it. Seems like just a week or two ago I was a newbie, now I am in the FORTY pound club!

 Yeah! The roadway to Thinsville is well-traveled this week!

Karen ~ I know it seems weird to have those weeks where minimal weight slides off and then there is a really big loss. It's good that you are recognizing the pattern that your body releases weight so when those slow weeks visit, you are not surprised.

Keep it up everyone - many of you are close to slipping under the "Zero marks" and others ready to become members of a new club. Don'tcha love it when losers become winners? :roflmao:

:kool: This has been a super week, Kids! :kool:
