Sunday Morning Roll Call February 26th, 2006

Join our weekly (Sunday) weigh in.

Postby SueInSLO » February 26th, 2006, 7:41 am

Good Morning fellow Medifasters!

Thanks so much Nancy for the encouraging words! It IS hard to see the scale move slow or not at all when we are compliant, but with words of wisdom from you and other long timers I'm sticking to it.

I'm down 1 pound this week so not a complete stand still. AND, that pound came off last night. :D
I made a few changes this week in my program to see if it helped. I don't know if it did with a 1 pound loss, but I'm going to try and stick to it for the next three weeks. I gave up my 1 bar a day and also more shakes and less medigrub. It's probably all in my head but it's worth a shot.

Good Luck and Happy Shaking to you all for the upcoming week.

Sue
:D

P.S. It's only 6:30am California time!!

Hello everyone. I haven't posted in the Sunday Roll CAll in sooooo long, til I feel guilty posting now. I haven't lost any thing for a while, my fault not MF. But I can truly say that I'm back on total compliance, and I'm going to lose my last 21.8 lbs by April. if not sooner :D :D :D .
So congrats to all losers today and next Sunday when I post, there will be a loss. :D :D :D

OK, I admit it, I'm with Kim - been "playing around" with MF a little since I hit my 50 lbs. so I haven't lost anything for the last few weeks.

TIME TO GET SERIOUS AGAIN!!!!

Hopefully I will have a loss to report next week!

Hi everyone,

Today is my first roll-call, I started the program on Monday. I am happy to report I am down 5 pounds in 6 days :D I feel like my body is just starting to adjust to the program and not being so hungry, so I hope to continue to have success in the coming week!

Congrats to all the losers! To all the maintainers and gainers - better scale numbers to you next week :-)

Ahh, should be logged in as "Evie140" - I had tried MF in Oct 2005 as you can see. But I wasn't very serious with it, and couldn't remember my old screenname, so I made a new one. I guess my home computer still had me logged in! Anyways, this time I am serious about it and hope to do well!

Well first congradulations :bravo: to everyone's loss and even if you didnt but are still here,

I had a great week lost 11 lbs albiet some of that was water (thank god I was bloated) :water: I was in overdrive :burnout: losing like crazy. That seems to have stopped I havent lost anything in a couple days. But 11 lbs is awsome!!!

I am taking my family to breakfast today I will have to use my willpower to resist (Buffet) :wallwall: but this weeks success will give me strength. I am again back on track to have a chance at making my mini goal of 100 lbs off by my 20th anniversary May 3. Mini goals help.

Congrads to all you Losers!!! :goteam: Ron

WOOHOO it's great to see all that fat a flyin' can you imagine what a grease fire we could create? ;)

 I just weighed in on Thur. but I have lost 2pounds since then so total for 10 days on program is 9 pounds gone. :D

I got my new digital food scale and I was definatly cheating myself on amounts of lean...5 oz of lean beef is a lot more then I thought and 7 oz of fish is like  I havent done the chicken on there but am sure I will be suprised. I also ordered a new scale to weigh myself on, digital I dont like guessing if the pointer is between here or there I like a solid number. lol

WAY TO GO EVERYONE!!!
Hugs,
Gina

Hi everyone ! Ron, 11lbs ?! OUTSTANDING !!! It looks like most everyone had some level of success this week. I lost another 4lbs, putting me at 259. I'm pretty happy with this week's results and I'm into a pretty comfortable 4-5 lbs a week groove. I've maintained this loss pattern for several weeks and feel that it's something that I can maintain. I've retired yet another size of pants from my closet and picked up a couple new pair to tide me over until I can wear the next size down in my existing wardrobe. Everyweek I go through my closet and clean out and move older, smaller clothes to the front. It's a very liberating feeling. I think everyone should try it.

Nancy, Spike my hair ? I keep it too short to do much to it. Maybe I should let it grow a little and then try it.

Everyone, Stay focused on your short and long-term goals and have a great week !

Weighed in this morning at 234.8, 3.2 lbs down from last Sunday. That's 24.2 lbs lost since I began shaking, and 40.2 lbs lost since I started taking control of my life/weight/health at the end of August. I can't believe what a difference it makes. My knees aren't creaking! My joints don't hurt! It's SOOO much easier to tie my shoes! I'm so thankful for this program.

Congrats to everyone who made it in to roll call today! If we're sticking with the program, then we're all winners (or losers, whichever you prefer  ).
