Down 3 pounds this week...13 total since Feb 8. Could have been better but I'll take it.

Reached Goal 3/15/08 147#
Renewed commitment 9/20/09-after regaining 38# (185#)
Reached Goal 1/25/10 147# Maintaining :)

Way to go everyone! Keep up the good work! Down 2.4 pounds this week putting me at 183. 3 Pounds till goal, and a total loss of 157 pounds! Hopefully this next week those 3 pounds will melt off and then off to transition land! :) Good luck everyone!

No, Jo, I am really stopping at 180! LOL I have really withered away, now it is time to get some lean muscle built up! :) I need to have wifey take some pictures of me and I will post. They can be my goal pictures because I am sure 3 pounds really isn't going to change my body that much!

CONGRATULATIONS BIKI ON REACHING ONDERLAND!
And to all of you for the great losses, and for hanging in there!

AS FOR ME? 129.9#
I reached my 2nd Goal of 130 yesterday!
I feel I can finally say "I do not need to lose any more weight!"
My BMI reads: Normal 124.5
Now on to transition/maintenance again!.

WOW! What a fantastic journey we are on...
