Better late than never, right?

Yesterday I weighed in at 239.6, that's three pounds lost last week. I'll take it! Even better, my size 24 jeans, which I was so excited about fitting into two weeks ago are now baggy, and I can button and zip the size 22s. In two weeks! Amazing! My wardrobe has now doubled since I started shaking.

But probably the best news of all is that my sister and my mom (and hopefully their husbands as well) will be joining me in the Medifast lifestyle. They're seeing the results (well, hearing about them on the phone), and they're ready to try it. Hurrah for a healthy family!
